"Thats it? I mean..you really wanna just throw away both your wishes on one thing?" Jann blinked. Maybe it was because he was older...and maybe it was because it had been ages since he had first kissed someone, but he didn't really see why so was so dead set on only wanting to be kissed. He smiled though and shrugged his shoulders as he pressed his into her own, only briefly though. "Well...I suppose you didn't clarify where you'd like to be kissed now did you?" he smirked and peeled back just enough her top to expose her right shoulder. Van pressed his warm lips against her bare flesh and slowly worked his way up along the side of her neck. His kisses were soft, yet warm, teasingly slow, yet fast to leave her wanting more and more after each one. When he finally reached her lips, the wolf smiled softly and sealed her lips with a long passionate kiss.

When he pulled away Soara frowned disappointed. She was slightly out of breath still but she wanted to keep kissing him. "I've just never kissed someone before so..." she trailedlooking at him. His statement about her scent made her smile "i wish i could too." She agreed. Feeling her back against the wall she could feel him grinding into her. She smiled seductivly at him "for both my wihes i want you to keep kising me." She replied.

Jann smiled and slowly pulled back from her lips. He licked his own and gave her a wolfish grin. "Mmm taste like mint." he smiled and leaned to steal a quick kiss from her. "Well Princess I must say that I'm surprised. I never imagined you'd ask for something like that. Heh, you're pretty good though." Jann smiled as he continued to hold her. He leaned in pressing his nose into her neck and taking in her own unique scent. "Hmmm you smell so much better then your cousin. I wish you two could switch and that you could attend the academy instead." Jann whispered. Suddenly, he picked and pressed her back into the wall. His crotch very slowly began to grind into her own as he nipped his way along her chin. "Well thats one wish down." Jann whispered softly as he left a trail of soft kisses just below her lips. "You still have two more..."

ooc: night, going to bed.

"Kiss me..." she repeated a litte louer this time. It had worked and Soara blushed even harder especially when he caledhercute. "Thanks..." she replied sheepishly. Ashe pulled herto him she took in his sweet scent and miled looking at him. "Yes...l she replied it was defenil her first wish. She fet their lip connect as her eyes slid closed. Soara wrapped her arms aroun Jann's neck as she felt the kiss inetensify. She returned i her tngue playing with his own asshe let out a soft "mmm..." thi was her first real kiss and she was really liking it a lot.

"Alright." Jann smiled as he took her hand and followed her out of the locked room. Fortunately for him, he had already burned the code into his brain after watching Soara enter it. When they got back to her little corner, he raised a brow. Jann couldn't help but laugh softly at the sight of her blushing. IT was like someone had painted her entire face bright pink. "Wha? I dont think I heard you..say it again." Jann blinked and let out a soft laugh. "I'm kidding. I heard. I just wanted to see if you could become any more flustered then what you already are. Hehe you look cute like that." Jann smiled before bringing her into his body once more. His right hand gently stroked her cheek as he brought his lips to within an mere inch of hers. "So I kiss is your first wish? I think I can handle that." the boy smiled as he closed his eyes. He pressed his warm lips against Soaras, the kiss gentle at first. Soon Jann began to put a little more 'umph' into the kiss. His strong arms wrapped tightly around her body as he slid his tongue gently into the depths of her cool mouth.

Soara felt a little relieved when he didnt make it seem like h had t have the book. Though themntion of it taing awhile she frwned. Li'll see what i can do." She promied with a small smil. She blushed as his lips brushed her cheek. At te mention of wishes she grinned. {Irst....follow me." She staed before dragging him back to her corner. "I wish youd..." shetrailed off then blushd deeply. "Kiss me..." she practically whispered. She'd been wanting to kiss him since they had almost dne so on the dance floor.

"Yes she did...though to be honest she wasn't sure if it existed. The book is kinda a myth.." Jann stated as he stroked his chin. Soara was smart, that much he already knew. If her suspicions were raised she'd start asking questions. "Hm well perhaps you're right. I've confirmed that it exists. Perhaps I get her to send a letter to your father. I might take a while...but thats not too big a deal." he smiled and placed his arm around her. "You've helped me allot tonight. So as thanks I'm at your complete service. I'll grant you three wishes tonight." Jann grinned as he wrapped his arms around her frame and lightly pressed his lips against her cheek. "So Princess, what is your first wish? Thank carefully now. There are no do overs."

Soara spotted the book and was surprise by the extra security something was up. "Um...i dont think youre alloed to read that." He stated even though it was obvious. But Jann wasnt giving up which bothered her. "Jann you cant read it its one thing being lockec in here but another to have that much security." She pointed out. "Your teacher dint mention that book did she?" Her eyes narrowed slightly. "I probbly could find out from either of them...but why?"

"Thanks Princess. I owe you one." Jann smiled. Once the door was open, the young male stepped in. There sitting on the shelf was the book that he was looking for. Unfortunately it was sealed in a solid glass case that had two locks on it. Seeing this, Jann frowned. There didn't seem to be any other way to open the case. There were small waves of energy flowing through the glass which meant that it could absorb magic, in this case, Jann's ability to use fire. "You wouldn't by any chance know where we could get the keys for this lock would you?" Jann asked. He hadn't planned on there being extra security. "Hmm...worse case scenario I'll simply have to come back another time. Still even if I did...I wouldn't get far without those keys. I cant carry damn thing out of here either..." he thought to himself and let out a deep sigh. If Soara did know where to get the keys, maybe she could at least find out for him. "Is there anyone other then your father who might know? Like...say your aunt?"

Soara frowned hating to disappoint him. He seemed genuinly concerned about her not getting into trouble though. "Do..." she trailed as he pressed her into the wall. The feel of his body pressed against hers sed a pleasurable chill through her. "No stay i can get it..." she stated. Waiting for him to move before entering the code and unlocking the door. She pointed at the shelf where the book should be.

"Hm..so its locked huh?" Jann frowned. He was in luck that Soara new the code, but she seemed reluctant to open the lock. It was time to turn on the charm again. "I understand." Jann replied softly as he turned to her and placed his hands on her shoulders. "Believe me Soara, the last thing I want is to get you into trouble. Its true that I really do need that book for school. I would have asked your father myself...but...well you know he hates my family." Jann sighed softly, but then suddenly smiled. "Really..its fine. I can see you're worried and like I said I dont wanna get you into trouble. Actually...maybe if you're so worried I should go?" he asked, though rather then leaving he lightly began to push her back into the wall till he had her pinned. "Its such a waste though. I had planned to spend allot of time with you tonight. I really wanted to get to know my lovely princess better." Jann replied softly as he took her hand in his and pressed his warm lips against it. He then pressed a little bit more of his body into hers and playfully nipped at one of her ears. "Well Princess..shall I leave?"

Kiku followed him into the bathroom waching as he filled the tub. She rubbed her arm awkwardly. His words had defenitly stung but she had to forget about them now. The sweet smells o the bath hit her nostrils and she smiled. At his words she frowned "she said that? But she loves you more tan anything in the world." Kiku replied. She began to strip "ok." She said.

Soara waked forward as he ushered her. As he described the book she frowned "I believe that's in the area my father doesn't allow me in.." she explained however she continued to lead him to the forbidden section. It was locked off "I know the code but I mean do you really need it...m I shouldn't..."

"I know Kiku. I hate fighting with you too." Yugo whispered softly. He took her by the hand and led her into the bathroom. Yugo didn't expect things to go back to normal right away. The heartbreak he had caused would certainly remain within Kiku for at least a little while. All he could do at the moment was try to speed up her recovery. "Alright just wait here for a sec." Yugo smiled and grabbed a few bath salts along with all the other girly smelling stuff Kiku always used for her baths. He filled their ginormous tub and made sure that the water jets were working properly. "Alright its all done." he smiled and turned back to face her. Small bubbles were floating through their bathroom now. "Why dont you just climb in, soak, and relax? I need to find Soara...she told me that she hates me...and...it hurts." Yugo whispered, his eyes shifting down to the floor as he spoke. "After I'm done talking to her I'll come back and check on you ok?"

"Oh I have faith in you." Jann grinned as he placed an arm around her and began walking through the narrow halls. "You see this book is pretty old. Its written in the language of the ancients. My...teacher once told me about and advised I check it out for a project thats going to come into my possession. The title of the book is Fair Darkturim. The book should have a jet black cover with the symbol of a wolf head on it. Now, do you have any idea where a book like that could be?"

Kiku noded "that's true. I guess you'll have to pac your own things." She teased. Taking the help se stood wipin he remaind of tears off her face. Returning his kiss nd hug she sighed. "I hate fighting..." she muttered. At te mntion of the bubble bath though she prkd up slightly. "That sounds amazing." She agreed.

The surprise was pretty clear on his face which made her even more embarassed. At the complimnt tough se blushed "yea I don't seeherin here ofte." She replied. Which was true Ama wasn't really a big book fan. As he aproached with his irresistabl smile sheblusedharder. "I mean I gues...though I haven't read them all..."

"Oh...so you have." Yugo smiled softly. He nuzzled his nose into her neck while wrapping his arms around her once more. "I dont think any of my clothes are in the suitcase though." he smiled. After standing to his feet and helping her up, Yugo placed a warm kiss on Kiku's lips. He hugged her once more, this time longer though. He had been close to losing her. A minute later and she might have just walked out of his life. Yugo couldn't take such a huge risk again. "Alright, why dont I draw you a nice warm bubble bath hm? The tournament isn't for another week so we can finish packing everything we need later. Sound good?"

Jann was a little stunned. He had took Soara to be a bookworm, but hadn't expected her to have her own space. There was even a blanket and some pillows that were stuffed into a corner. "No wonder Ama is jealous of you.." he whispered softly and looked around. They were alone and in the exact place he wanted to be. "This is all pretty amazing." Jann smiled and turned to Soara. A small grin formed on his lips as he aproached her once more. "You're pretty amazing." he stated with that classic charming smile he had given her when they had first met. "I bet you could find just about any book in this place couldn't you? I mean the way things are kinda scattered I'm guessing you go through these pretty quickly."

Kiku leaned againt him ashe spoke of making the wole thing up to her. At the mention of the vacation she sniffled then. Stopped. "We've never left thi town..." she pointed out. as he continued she smired allowing him to take her hand. "I guss that sounds good..." she replied. Resting her head on his shoulder she chuckled from behin her tears "I already packed." She teased.

A shiver ran down Soaras spine as his hand traveled down her neck. At the mntion of the library she smiled "that's a prety special place but I gues." She replied. Th lus in his voice made her bluh as she took his hand and lead him to the library. It was completely empty except for the two of them. She made a gesure with her arm. "Thi I where the mgic happens." She staed leading him through the huge libary towards a back corner that she clearly used. " this is kinda my space." She explained tucking a piece of hair bhind hr ear. Books littered te floor in stacks and indivduals.there was also a desk in the corner. "I pefer the very bac so my father has a harder time gettin to me" she joked. "So what you think?"

"Baby I'm so sorry.." Yugo whispered and pulled her into his arms. He held her tightly against him. He had hurt her pretty bad and now he needed do something, anything to show her that he cared. "Hey...how about this?" he asked and pulled back from her a bit. "The academy is hosting a tournament. The winners will get a weeks vacation at an island resort. What do you say you and I go too? I had been considering us taking a vacation anyway. The trip could give a chance to...you know...work on us. It would also give me a chance to make up for being an idiot." Yugo whispered with a soft smile. His finger tips slowly slid from around her waist, down her arms, and took hold of her hands. "Please...let me make up for the things I said. You know that I dont want anyone else in my life. I think this vacation would be really good for us. When the last time we were really alone anyway?"

"Oh?" Jann smiled as he slid his finger teasing down her neck. His arms came to wrap around her slim frame pulling her into his chest. "Hmm...well here's a suggestion. Since you claim to be the smartest why dont you sneak me into the library and show me where the magic happens? I've heard that there are more books in there then anywhere else in the capital." Jann whispered, suddenly he leaned forward and pressed his warm lips against one of her ears. "Plus we'd be alone in a room filled with books...and endless possibilities." he whispered, his voice laced with just hint of seduction and a pinch of lust.

Kiku didn't puh away his touch this tkme instead she allowed it. As he spoke she continued to cry his words still ringing in her ears. "I love you more tha anythin in he world..." she cried. Leaning into him slightly. "I...I dontknow...I don't know what you an do..." she sobbed trying to pull herself together. She as hart broken by his previous words.

His reply made her smile as she watched him explore the room. At the mention of her books she blused slightly. "We'll I'm defeitly one of the smarter ones in my family." She replied. As he appoched her once more she blushed deeper as he touched her cheek. At the question of what he could do she shrugged not sure exactly. "I don't know your mre presence is pretty nice."

"I know what I said..I didn't mean it though. I was just...really angry." Yugo whispered, though backed off a little as she began to snap at him. He caught the shirt she had thrown. She was half right. Yugo had never really considered the fact that Kiku probably had lost friends to the war. He wanted to argue that he had been against the destruction of the capital...but now just wasn't the time. He watched as his mate fell the ground. He took a knee beside her and placed his warm hands on her shoulders. "Listen me to Kiku...what I said...it wasn't true and it was wrong. I dont see you as an annoyance...or a piece of shit. You're my mate. I love you and our children more then anything. Baby...I'm really sorry. Tell me what I can do to prove it. Tell what I can do to make up for it. You're right...I have no excuse. I should have just controlled myself. Kiku..honey..." Yugo whispered softly. It killed him to see her in such a state. What made him feel even more like shit was knowing that he had caused it.

"I said I would didn't I?" Jann smiled. He took a few steps and looked around. One thing he noticed was there were allot of books in her room. "So...all you do is read I'm guessing?" he asked as he picked up a book from her bookshelf. "Mind's Energy...thats some deep stuff...probably beyond the required level for you school." he replied softly before placing the book back on the shelf. He approached Soara slowly and came to a stop just a few inches in front of her. His fingers gently caressed her cheek. "Well I'm here no princess. What can I do to make you feel better?"

Hearing the door open Kiku continued with her work unphased. She heard him speak but ignore him pulling her hand away."don't touch me..." she half whispered as he turned her. "I said don't fcking touch me!" She yelled. Finally looking at him she was already cryin. "There's no excuse! You pretty much called us a annoyance you said you were sick of defending us! You knw that would come with this you knew! I'm sorry I don't get wolf life I'm fucking sorry! I'm sory I'm a neko piece of shit." She turned throwing thins into the bags again anvrier this time. "You...you don't think I went through stuff too? I gave up my home you destroyed all of it! My school my house probably killed friends of mine! But I didn't care because I love you!" She pausedthrowing a shirt at him. "But you can't just defend us!? You can't. Just take what people sa you have to fight which only makes it worse. Standing up for us is one thing but threatening to kill someone was another...I love you but you just don't seem to anymore...you don't.." breaking down he slid t the floor. Burrying her face in her hands.

Soara lookedup hearng Jann. Wiping at the ears she sniffled. "Sorry...just my prents are fighting and stuff..." she muttered. Standing she forced a smile "I'm surprised you came though." He stated.

It was later into the night by the time Yugo came up to his room. He knew that the things he had said to Kiku were wrong. He stopped just short of the door, his hand running through his hair. He could smell her scent. She was definitely inside. Sighing softly, he opened the door and walked in. He wasn't to surprised to see that she had gotten some suitcases. Where would she go? The trip back north was a long and dangerous one. Even if she went there, there wouldn't be much to welcome her. The capital was more or less a pile of ruble. Refugees had already moving into the neighboring Tiger territory. "Kiku...stop." Yugo whispered as he placed a gentle hand on her wrist. "Dont go...w-what I I said was out of line. I know that you were only trying to help. I shouldn't have snapped at you..." he whispered and tried turning her so she'd look at him. "Baby I'm really, really sorry. You know that I love both you and twins. Its...Its all Tyren. He's gotten under my skin since we were kids." he whispered and shifted his eyes down to the floor for a moment. "Thats no excuse though..."

"Why the tears princess?" Came the soft yet deep voice of Jann. He stood just inside her window. It had taken some time for the young male to make his way past the guards and climb up to Soara's window. He walked in, his head titled to the side. Soara seemed a little emotional. Perhaps that would make his plan run a little more smoothly.

Kiku came back to the castle a little later with several suitcases. She wasn't sure on her exact pln but she needed to get away fo awhile and possibly takethe kids as well. She flung the bag onto the bed and bevan to toss clothes into them a little at a time.

Sanding Soara moved to her window opening it in case Jann came later. She sniffld wiping som tears frm her face. Never had she told Yugo she hated him but after hearing some of what h screamed at her mother she didn't care. sitting on the edge of the bed she pulled her knees to her chest continueing to cry.

"Wha?" Yugo blinked. Both he had Titus watched as Soara stormed out. What the hell? Tyren let out a soft chuckle and shook his head. "Tell me Yugo, how can you rule over this pack when you cant even keep your own family in check?" he asked. At the moment, Yugo slowly looked up in Tyren's direction. Oh how he wanted to rip his throat out. "You know what you need? You need help around here. Your father and your grandfather were all great alphas. Why? Because they had a good female to support them. Now given your...choice...there's simply not much that neko can do. So, I propose you enlist the aide of a female wolf, someone who's familiar with the whole process." Tyren explained. "Tred carefully." Yugo warned him. The alpha's claws were already digging into the table. "Ah, forgive me. I'm not saying for you to take another mate. God no...thats not how things are done. What I'm saying invite someone of royal blood into your court who can give you a hand. For example...I think inviting Princess Konna would be a wise decision." Tyren replied softly. "Konna? You mean little Okami Konna?" Yugo blinked. Titus blinked as well. His eyes shifted between the general and his father.

"Hm yes though she's not so little anymore. Her grandfather is on his deathbed. Soon she will be in a position to rule over her tribe. Having her influence will make your job much easier. Also, she has the respect of most of the members on the UWT(United Wolf Tribe) Council. Its something you should consider..."

Yugos outburst made Kiku jump back flinching. As he yeled she felt tears well p in her eyes as he creamed and ripped her apart with his words. "I'm orry you hve to defend us...l she bgan but stopped as he continued to scream at her. When he left she fell to her knees sobbing. Finally standing afer several minutes she made her way to the castle doos. As guards wet to escort her she snarled at them "stay the fuck back!" Turning she started into town unsure of her purpose. "Maybe you won't have to defend us anymore...l she muttered.

Soara lookd at her father but quickly looked away they had caught a litle of the yelling in the dining room. Standing she lookedat him. "I hate you!" She yelled running to her room she slammed the door locking it as se fell to her bed crying.

"Shut up!!!" Yugo snapped bitterly as he suddenly turned to face her. "You have no idea how hard it is defending our way of life every single day. You have no idea how stressful it is putting up with Tyren and his supporters! You dont even fully understand how a wolf society works! Respect isn't earned, its fucking enforced! Power means everything in this court room and you just took whatever power I had! Its gone, poured down the drain!" Yugo roared. This was a first. Sure...Kiku and Yugo had gotten into their share of fights, but had never gone through anything 'this' intense. "Tell you what..." Yugo sighed as he pressed his palm to his hand. "Lets change roles hm? You deal with Tyren and I'll deal with the paper work. How about that? Sounds good right? I mean you'll fully prepared to lead right? You know the ins and outs. You can handle it right?" he snarled as glared daggers at his mate. With a low hiss, he moved past her to join his staff in the dining room. Once there, Titus stared at his father while leaning over into Soara's ear. "Yea...I dont think we should be here. Dad doesn't just look pissed...he looks miserable..."
