"Good job husband." Nagi chimed and walked up to Daichi placing a soft kiss on his lips. That kiss though ended up becoming a little more lustful then expected after Nagi hooked her arms around Daichi's neck. "There are children present..." Titus groaned. God he hated seeing his aunt and uncle make out! The only thing worse was catching glimpses of his parents doing the same thing. "Grow up." Nagi smirked. Titus let out a deep hiss and turned to walk in the opposite direction, when suddenly Ama grabbed him by the back of the shirt. "Isn't something you need to say?" she frowned. Titus looked off to the side. Ama had taken Titus aside the night before to have a very long talk with him. Sighing deeply, he walked over to Soara and pulled behind the carriage. "Um...look...s-sorry about yesterday. I wasn't trying to hurt you...well...I was...but I was wrong to do that especially in front of dad. I dont want you to hate me. I dont know...I guess...I just dont know how act around you now you're...with 'him'." Titus mumbled. Despite the expression on his face and his lack of eye contact, he was actually seriously trying to apologize for hurting his little sister.

soara helped her mother and brother pack the carriage. She was waring a wrap around skirt over her bathing suit bottoms and then her bathing suit top. She was ready for this as much as everyone else. Daichi looked at nagi and shook his head. "Nope i got it." He assued her. He couldnt have his pregnant wife carrying luggage! After loading thebags he sighed wiping the sweat from his forehead.

Later that day, Yugo was busy making sure that everything was ready for Konna and that she knew what she was doing. Konna insisted that she'd be ok, but Yugo kept going over her duties anyway. Meanwhile, he had asked Kiku and twins to start packing the carriage. A pair of flame covered horses would be taking them to the docks where they'd then hop on a massive sea living demon to get to their island get away. Nagi came out wearing a bright sun dress and a matching hat to protect her head. "You look like you could use some help." Nagi grinned as she looked back at her mate. She had him carrying most...well...all of her bags. She had allot of them too. "I'm so excited! Do you any idea how long its been since I even saw the beach?!"

Soara frowned as he narrowed his eyes at her. His cold comment hurt. "Jann...stop...why are you doing this?" He cried. Se could fee the tears form in her eyes as she was being forced to coosebetween Jann and her family. When he left she laid back on her bed crying. She hadnt meant forit to go this way.

Jann's brown eyes narrowed sharply. He could see now more then ever that Yugo needed to be removed from the picture. He had his doubts, but now he could see clearly what needed to be done. "Of course its ok." he stated simply and finished buttoning his shirt. "Do whatever you want. You are after all the princess right?" Jann asked, his voice taking a cold sarcastic tone just before he jumped out through the window and landed on the ground below. He didn't even bother to say goodbye. His eyes shifted for any coming guards and when everything was clear he made his move to leave the palace grounds.

Soara narrowed her eyes at him. "I never said i was going to throw my family away. I love them, their my family for godsake." She relied. When he turned to her and began to speak she frowned. "I do want to spend time with you but i also want time with my family ajnd friends." She explained. "Is that okay? Our plans? Our plan or at least mine was just to enjoy the trip."

"You're twisting my words around you know it." Jann replied calmly as he continued to watch the sun rise over the nearby mountains. "I just figured that we'd use this time to throw our families away so it was just the two of us. I never thought you'd take a back step though." he stated and closed his eyes while letting out a very soft sigh. Finally, he turned to her, his voice still nice and calm. "Your father doesn't like me. I ask you to talk to him last night because I knew you were upset. I never knew it would set our plans back. I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't you who suggested spending all day and night on the beach while 'we' were sneaking around?"

Soara was confused by his sudden upset about the whole thing. "No...just afer my talk im trying to respect my father." She explained. "Youre pretty much saying if i didnt mat with you we wouldnt be together." She snapped."sounds good. I love you."

"Why does it sound like you're turning down my idea?"He frowned and for the first time didn't return one of her kisses. "Wasn't this the whole point of you competing, so we could be together a lot and not simply...hang out?" Jann stated and with a small sigh, he turned back towards the window. "Well...the details aren't important. We can discuss them later. I need to get back to my own house. There's allot to prepare for..."

Soara lookd up at him. "Hey! Thats gross! I dont drool!" She growled. Staring at him she frowned slighly when he mentioned the island. "Um...well..i cant do whatever i want now that we're good." She stated. Leaning up she kissed him. "But we can still hng out a lot." She assured him.

"Somewhat." Jann replied softly, though kept his gaze fixed on the window. "Looks like you slept like a rock though. I got up at one point and saw that you were drooling even." Jann smirked and turned to gently poke her cheek. "It was cute, disgusting yea...but still cute." he chuckled and moved over to the bed to grab his shirt. He had already had his pants on. "Well I guess this is goodbye. We'll see each other later though. After all, I'll be going to the islands too. Since you can do whatever you want, why dont you stay with me in my room while we're there? Just think. You and me...alone...with a room to ourselves."

Soara groaned as the light from the sun hit her eyes. Rubbing them she sat up. Smiling as she spotted Jann she got up and wrapped her arms arund him. "Morning handsome." She mumbled kissing his neck softly. "Sleep well?" She asked yawning slightly.

Yugo pouted and turned onto his stomach. He glared at Kiku with somewhat a child like gaze. "No fair." he frowned, but then laughed softly and leaned over placing a warm kiss on her cheek. He pulled the blankets over their bodies and snuggled in what he hoped would be peaceful night.

When morning came, Jann was already up. As promised, he was going to leave as early as he could. He needed to get back home before his father discovered that he had spent the night with Soara. Sighing softly, Jann stared out through the window. This was the beginning of a new day, a day which would change the lives of everyone within the castle forever...

Kiku grinned she liked the idea of spending time away from here. "Yes that sound wonderfuly but they'd find a way back to us." She teased. She let out a small laugh as he pulled her on top of him. "Why thank you i am rather one of a kind." She grinned kissing him back. slowly she pulled away "lets save that for tomorrow shall we?" She smirked kissing him once more before rollin off.

"Well look at the bright side. Tomorrow we can focus on us. Since we'll be gone for a whole month, I'm tempted to have the twins, your brother, and Nagi all stay on the OPPOSITE side of the island." Yugo smirked and leaned in to return her kiss. His strong arms wrapped tightly around her body bringing her to rest ontop of him while he moved onto his back. "I love you so much honey. Like I said before, no one could ever take your place, least of all someone like Konna." Yugo whispered and leaned up gently nipping her lips.

Soara looked at Jann as she slowly pulled back from the kis. Nuzzling her face into his neck as she slowly fell asleep.
Kiku was surprised when he brought up Konna. "And i'm sorry i overreacted." She stated. Kissing him lightly. "And i know i shouldnt have overreacted at dinner either you had every right to scold me." She confessed. She felt a lot better now thtat they had worked it our.

"Its fine." Jann replied softly and closed his eyes. He leaned up though returning her kiss. "I love you too." he whispered, though still couldn't figure out why she just wanted to sleep. Maybe it was for the best though. He knew that she'd need her rest since tomorrow she'd depart for her trip.

"Perhaps." Yugo whispered and leaned into his mate a little. He smiled as he moved his larger hands over her smaller ones and kissed them softly. "Kiku...I'm sorry about the whole Konna thing." he whispered. He knew he probably shouldn't have brought it up, but he wanted her to know the truth. "You had ever right to be angry. I dont know what I would have done if some male came around and sensed that he was making you feel... aroused." he muttered and frowned at the very thought. "Also, you are my mate. I shouldn't have lectured you at the table in front of her. Forgive me?" Yugo asked and looked up at his mate with a doggy like pout. He moved his nose to nuzzle into her neck and gently began to lick just under her chin.

Soara could sense his disappointment and frowed. "I'm sorry..." she stated. Leaning over she kissed him passionetly. "I love you."

Kiku looked at her husband and frowned. "Stop it. Their mistakes arent your fault. They're growing up they'll make mistakes thats part of life." She assured him. "Yes, you do get focused on work but you jst have to make up for it by spening time with them. You're a fine father trust me. I'm not exactly moher of the year either."

Jann wasn't sure what to say. It seemed that there was another reason behind her lack of want. He couldn't call her out on it though. Sighing, he laid down on his back and pulled the sheets over his chest. "Alright. I'll still have to leave first thing in the morning." he replied softly and closed his eyes. This wasn't at all how he had planned the night. He had desperately wanted to mate with her one more time before tomorrow.

"Its hard." Yuog admitted and nuzzled his nose into her neck. "I look at Titus and all the trouble he's gotten into. Then I look at Soara...and the potential trouble she could get into. Sometimes I feel like I'm not doing a good job raising them. I also feel that...I get to focused on work." Yugo replied softly and moved closer to his mate. His warm body pressed up against her own as he turned to lay on his stomach. "I dont know. I want to have faith that I'm doing ok...but...something deep down tells me that when it comes to parenting, you're in a completely different league. It makes me feel...well...like I should be doing more...or like I'm unworthy from time to time." Yugo stated in a mouse like whisper. He normally told Kiku everything, but he had never shared these feelings with her before.

Soara spotted his lack of clothes and laughed "well you werent kidding when you told me to hurry ealier. You are impatient." Sh teased. Laying next to him she shookher head. "No they went great and thats why i want to sleep. I'm tired and we have a long day tomorrow. Slep is good for us you know." She looked at him.

Kiku nodded agreing with her husband on this one. "Lets not play matchmakerjust yet huh?" She suggsted. As he continued she frowned "i really wish youd stop calling yourself a bad fathr. You're a great dad." She assured him. Kissing him softly. "If you werent i'd let you know."

Jann smiled brightly when Soara returned. She didn't know it, but he had already stripped down and was waiting patiently under the sheets. However, when he heard that she only wanted to sleep, JAnn sat up and frowned. "Whats wrong? Did your talk lead to another fight?" he asked while blinking twice. Jann's entire night was in danger of being thrown off. He had only mated with Soara once...well...technically twice, but it had been on the same night and days ago. It hadn't been easy resisting the temptations from the girls in this class but he had.

"Oh god I hope so. I think this time though I'll stay out of it. If I pick someone for her again things will only go down hill." Yugo sighed deeply as he laid on his back and stared up at the ceiling. "Still I'm excited. I mean, who knows what can happen in a week. I think I might have actually reached her. She knows I dont approve. I think deep down...Soara would rather have my approval of the guy she's serious with." Yugo replied softly and turned towards his mate. "Maybe I'm not such a bad father after all. I must be doing something right." he chuckled, though was half serious.

Soara sighed as she entered hr room. Leaning against the doo for a second before layin next to Jann. "I think we should jut sleep tonight." She suggested.

Hearing her husband enter the room Kiku looked up from her spot on the bed. Listening as he spoke she wasnt surprised that he didnt menton Konna. "Oh really? Thats interesting. What do you think madeher do that?l she asked curiously. "Well lets hope it works out then shall we. Maybe thre will be a wolf you approve of on vacation? Maybe another tournment winner?" She suggsted. Kiku decied to leave the Konna thing alone for now.

"I love you too princess and thank you." Yugo smiled. After Soara left, he returned to his room and closed the door behind him. He was sure that Kiku wasn't asleep. "Well something surprising just happened." He smiled as he took off his shirt and neared their bed. "Soara...came up to me and apologized for everything. I explained to her that she can do better...and she even promised to spend some time apart from Jann and keep an open mind. That means we wont have to force her." Yugo stated with an excited grin. He had completely forgotten about their earlier fight. "Honey if we play our cards right we might be able to get her away from that boy. I think she's only attracted to him because she thinks there's no one else out there for her."

Soara jumped as hr father barked at herf. Looking at him as he took her hnds she slowly smiled. "Thank you dady..." she grinned hugging him once more. "I'll do my best to stay away on vacation okay? And i'll keep my mind open." She assured him. Pulling back she smiled lightly "i'm going to bed though...long day tomorrow." She stated. "Lov you." Turning she went back to her room still thinking everything through.

"Yes I'm aware of that, which is why I'm asking you to spend some time apart." Yugo stated and smiled. He frowned though after hearing her thoughts and held her hands tightly. "Enough!" he suddenly barked while still holding her hands. "My daughter is the most beautiful princess in the world! You are gorgeous and smart. Not only that, but you have the blood of the Ogami flowing through your veins. Have confidence in yourself. Have confidence that there's someone who deserves you out there. I mean, if I can find your mother anything is possible. Trust me." Yugo smiled. "And also...well...I would prefer that you'd mate with a wolf...however...dont allow that to limit your view. A neko or even a dog would be fine. I dont care. All that matters is that you're happy. However, if I feel that you can do better, I have an obligation as your father to say so."
