Fire & Ice II: Age of Rebirth(private/mature/continued)

ooc: Hey hope im not god modding. The fight is suppose be to be hard because Dai...is like a super super boss lol

ic: Dai immediately knelt to the ground and placed his right hand on the floor. A wall of earth came shooting up infront of him shielding him from her attack. Meanwhile, Titus's eyes continued to glow. Her jagged claws tore into the ground as he released a dark hiss that echoed throughout the room. He looked up, his face taking a more beastly appeal. At the same time, Titus's demonic aura shot right through the roof. Sensing the change, Dai turned towards the boy. He slammed his right foot into the ground causing a tall wall of earth to rise up behind where Titus was laying. In a second, the earth wall slammed right ontop of the boy crushing him! "Now now...we cant have you trying to transform now can we? I doubt someone as young as you could control such a form anyway."

Soara knew that Ama was probably right. She fgured maybe they'd land a decent blow with that attack but not kill him. She jumped bac as Dai burst through he ground hitting Titus in the chin. As she went to help him she flew back the wind hitting her full force. Hitting the wall she let out a scream of pain. Falling forward she slowly regained her vision. the back of her head was now bleedin and her whole body ached. Wincing she stood watching as Dai went towards the sword she growled. Conjuring a huge wave she sent it crashing his way.

Dai had been caught up in the ice. His arms locked into place. Titus came racing up behind the elder and plowed his dark flaming fist right into the elder's back! His attack had blown right through Soara's ice sending the elder's body flying to the ground. Suddenly, his entire body burst into bright flames. When they died down only ash was left. "HeLL YEA!" Titus yelled and went to ran over to his cousin and sister. Ama looked suspicious though. "No...that was too easy..." she muttered. Suddenly, the earth underneath Titus's feet broke! Dai came shooting up from the ground plowing his fist straight up into Titus's chin sending the hybrid into a back flip where he then landed with a hard thud in a pile of bones. Dai then extended his hands, one aimed towards Soara and one aimed towards Ama. The one aimed at Soara unleashed a jagged gust of wind at her body. The one aimed at Ama fired off a high pressure torrent of water that pushed the female hybrid smack into the wall behind her. "H-How..." Ama breathed as her hair hung over her eyes, her body pressed up against the wall as water and blood ran down her face. She was sure that the pressure from the water had broken at least a few bones...maybe even some organs. "Hmm? Dont tell me that good for nothing alpha never taught you youngsters how to use fire clones? He didn't, did he? Well...to be fair it takes allot of control over ones own demonic energy. Also, the timing has to be right." Dai grinned. Titus looked up from his spot on the ground. His eyes were flashing bright shades of crimson. "You look surprised." Dai stated with a snake like grin as he approached Ama, who was still just barely standing. "Let me guess, you also didn't think that I'd be able to use ALL the elements did you? Did you think that you were unique? Haha, do be a fool. Again, how long do you think I've lived?" Dai chuckled before jumping back over to where the sword was standing...

Soara growled angry thathe kept deflecting her atacks. On top of it she had to stay out of the way of Amas wind. Jumping back she heard ama's yell and sent a shot of ice through the ground nd it proceeded to climb up Dai's body rapidly. She kept it up as to make it harder for him to break free.

Ama let out a low groan and rubbed her head. She looked back at the elder, her eyes narrowing sharply. She joined Soara and formed razor sharp gusts of wind around her fists and feet. Dai's eyes shifted over towards the guards. He had been dodging Titus's punches with little effort. When Soara and Ama came his way he preceded to continue his evasions. "Ooh...you're using wind to extend the range of your attacks. You think that even if you dont land a direct hit, the wind around your hands and feet will still get me. Clever." Dai smiled. Ama let out a hiss and with a thrust of her right palm, shot a violent gale of wind just infront of Dai's feet kicking up a tornado of bone and dust. "Soara, freeze him!" she yelled out.

Soara saw Ama come hurtling towards her and was quick to melt the icecle in her hand. She did however fall to the ground. Standing she groaned. "Dammit." She snapped. Covering her fists in ice she charged him once again.. she swung at him several times trying to get him while he was distracted.

Titus wasn't interested in an answer either. The moment they had agreed on a plan he went on all fours and dug his claws into the ground. His hind legs pushed his body forward sending him into a blitz right towards the elder. The young hybrid wasn't the least bit afraid of rushing Dai head on. Ama clapped her hands together and summoned a strong gust of wind that picked her body right off the ground. She flew a few feet above Dai's head and then came straight down with her claws extended, ready to slash him to bits. Elder Dai closed his eyes and let out a soft sigh. "Truly, how amusing." he muttered with a dark grin. First, he jumped to meet Ama in the air! He grabbed hold of her wrist and with a twist, swung her around and sent her spiraling down right into Soara's own attack. Next, Dai landed on the ground. He pushed off with his right leg right into Titus's attack and nailed the young hybrid with a punch to the face. Titus fell back, but quickly went into a roll and managed to stand back up. He wiped his bleeding lip and let out a low hiss. "Fuck." he spat and formed two dark fire balls in both his hands. Elder Dai's eyes widened as he faced Titus while clapping his hands. "Oooooh. I had rumors that you had inherited the ability to use dark fire. How interesting..."

Soara looked at her cousin as she went through what she thought was the best plan of action. She decided to give it a try what could it hurt right? WHen Dai spoke she looked up. "Doesn't that mean that your time is running low?" she questioned. However she didn't wait for an answer as she put Ama's plan into action. Riding a small wave that she produced she appeared behind him. Holding an icecle she had made she swung to stab him in the back.

"Hmm...no, not this time. Uncle Yu-san always said that we need to use our natural talents. Titus, you're more for offense right? You attack the elder head on. I'll use my wind element to move above him. Soara, you had the right idea for yourself though. Your water should be fast enough to get you behind him. We'll strike him down. At the least, as one of our attacks is blocked we'll have two chances left to hit him." Ama stated. Titus nodded and cracked his knuckles. "How amusing...you seem to be forming a plan of some sort." Dai chuckled and pointed up towards where they had fallen. "Do remember that your time is limited. I'm guessing you were told that you have 30 minutes hmm? That was false. You see, time passes differently here. On the outside you have 30 minutes. Here, you'll only have 10 before you're sealed up. If you're going to attack, you should do so now..." Dai stated with a huge taunting grin. He wasn't the least bit worried about escaping or going 3 against 1.

Soara noticed the wave that she had produce turn in to nothing btu steam. which ended up slowly drifting away. "I don't care who the hell you are! I'm still gonna kick your ass!" she retorted. When Ama pulled her aside she frowned. "Yeah I remember and as titus said we always lose." she replied. As Ama continued though she smirked "We have to work together is what you're saying? So Titus takes him from above me from the frotn and you from the back?" she questioned.

"You my dear...are either very brave...or very foolish to charge me straight on." Dai stated with his classic evil grin. He didn't even bother blocking. The level of heat which radiated from his body was enough to turn her water attack into nothing but steam. "You dont know who I am..do you? I fought against your grandfather for leadership of this Tribe. I've been around longer then you three and your parents put together. How foolish, to think that mere half breed pups could would dare to stand against me." Dai chuckled. Ama ran up to Soara and pulled her back some. "Hey." she whispered and leaned in close to her ear. Titus moved up as well so he could hear. "You remember all the times the three of us had to fight against Uncle Yu-san? Well this is no different. Remember he taught us how to fight an enemy thats more powerful." Ama whispered. Titus let out an uneasy sigh. "Yeah...and if I remember right we all failed those lessons." he stated. Meanwhile, Dai looked on with curiosity. He could easily kill all three of them with the flick of a finger. That would be no fun though. He wanted to prolong this...engagement. He wanted see if when pushed, what a hybrid could do when faced against a superior opponent.

Soara looked at the two and growled. "Stop it Titus!" She yelld. Hearin the chuckle she frowned turningto the source. She gripped her fists angrily. "I just want my father back!" She screamed. Charging forward she send a wave of water at the elder. She was enraged by his mre presence and she would do anything to get her fathers soul back.

Titus landed with a loud crash! Ama, being as graceful as she was, landed softly on her feet. She looked around. From what she could tell, the pit was filled with the bones of smaller demons. Titus body suddenly shot up! He grabbed Ama by the neck and began to strangle her. "You little bitch! I almost died!!!" he lashed out. Ama placed her hands up in defense. "Sorry sorry...but we're short on time remember!?" she yelled out. Suddenly, a dark chuckle came from the center of the pit. There was a small platform and embedded into the platform was a long sword. The handle was made of pure gold. There were ancient engravings going down the blade as well. "What do we have here?" Elder Dai smiled as he turned towards the hybrids. He had his hands wrapped around the handle of the blade ready to pull it out. "You've come here to stop me...how cute." the elder grinned. Titus released Ama and turned around. His brown eyes narrowed wickedly. "Fuck that. I dont give a damn what you're trying to pull. Give back what you stole from my father!!!"

Soara had to agree with Ama she couldnt think o anywhere else te elder would go either. Approaching the deon she frowned. Taking a slight step foward she stared into te black abyss. "Doe it end?" She questioned. Suddenly her brother was spiraling down the black hole and soon so was her cousin. Soara frowned but jumped in after them. Finding it appropriate she screame along with her brother.

ooc: No I think i just forgot, got too caught up in Yugo dying lol

ic: "Well..."Ama began as she continued to leap from rock to rock. The gaps were getting wider and wider though as they got closer to the grave. "That big thing is the only place I can see for miles. I'd imagine that Dai is somewhere inside. We'll just have to find him." Ama replied softly. Titus swallowed hard. When they finally landed on the shoulder of the great demon, Titus slowly neared it's open jaws and looked down. There was nothing but darkness, a bottomless pit perhaps. "We're really going down there?" he asked and backed away a little. Ama nodded, though now was feeling a little uneasy too. "Yeah...I mean...you're a male right? You're always talking about how you outrank Soara and me. Nows the time to prove it." Ama stated. Titus firmly shook his head. Frowning, Ama gave her cousin a 'shove' sending him head first into the deep dark hole. "Oops...my mistake." Ama chimed before jumping in after Titus. She could still hear the boy's screams even as she fell

ooc: I didn't remember you putting that he left. I could be wrong though.

ic: Soara leanded by Ama and slowly stood. the sight of the place made her eyes widen. It was amazing. Looking at it all she took it in. "Wow..." she breathed. When Titus appeared she looked at him with a smirk. "And you call me a wimp?" she asked. As Ama ran she jumped after he cousin. She frowned though as she like Titus wasn't liking this place too much. "Do we know where he is?" she asked curiously.

ooc: Oh was Jann still standing there? I completely forgot O.o oh well lol

ic: Titus couldn't believe that Soara had gone on ahead. Elder Xing let out a soft sigh as he hovered over Yugo's body once more. "The choice is yours hybrid. Just know that know what you do from this point on will decide your fate." he replied softly. "D-DAMN!" Titus spat and shot his hand up towards the gate.
A second later, he arrived on the other side. His body collapsed to ground as he gasped for air. "Suck it up, big over grown baby..." Ama grinned. Titus got up shooting his cousin a heated glare. "So...where to now?" he asked. Ama nodded and pointed forward. Titus turned around and suddenly jumped back again. "What the hell?!" he exclaimed, his eyes shooting wide open. Before them stood the largest demon either of them had ever seen. "W-What is that???" Titus asked. Ama stepped forward. The image was allot to take in, but it looked like some sort of grave. "Perhaps...thats our great grandfather?" she blinked. Titus was at a lost for words. He size made even Yugo look incredibly small. "Enough. Lets get moving. Remember what the elder said. We shouldn't try stopping Dai from reaching whatever he's after. We only need to get Uncle Yu-san's soul back." Ama stated and started jumping from rock to rock. Titus let out a low groan. He had a very, VERY bad feeling about this place...

Soara watched as her cousin was sucked up into the gates. Looking at Titus she smiledlightly. "We dont really have a choice do we? Thats our father in there." She stated. Stepping below the gate she looked at Jann returning his usual gesture she winked before being sucked ino the portal.

Xing nodded and shifted his gaze up towards the sky. He pointed to the gate and it's open doors. "Stretch your hand out towards it and close your eyes. Then, you have but to make a wish. If it is your true desire, your body will be pulled into the gate." the elder replied softly. Titus and Ama looked at each other. "W-Wait...I dont know...maybe we should think about this first?" he muttered. Ama shook her head and stepped forward. "IF we dont save uncle Yu-san...our lives are over. Tyren...he'll kill our parents." Ama stated as she extended her hand up towards the gate and closed her eyes tightly. She let out a steady breath and bit down on her bottom lip. Suddenly, her body was consumed by a bright eye blinding light! Like a vacuum, her body was then sucked right up into the gate. "What the hell?!" Titus exclaimed and jumped back. "Did you see that? Sis...dont tell that you..."

Ooc:thnks haha i thought it was time for her to tell Jann what was up.

Ic: soara looked at the elder as he spoke. She'd hard a story similiar to this once in a book but she didnt know how to get in. "H...how do we enter..noneof us are dead or have a key." She pointed out. Standing she looked up "wait...is that gate up there still unlocked?" She asked the elder. If they were going to move they had to do it fast before Tyren decided what to do with the half breeds.

ic: "I see..." Xing whispered as he took a knee to the ground. He ran his right over Yugo's chest and looked up at the twins. "The King's Key." he stated, his voice slightly hushed. "Our kind has a ritual. You see, when an alpha dies, his soul and body does not go to the same place where other demon's go. No, they go to a completely different existence. The Valley of Kings is where Elder Dai is heading. He used the Gate of Truth inorder to get there. However, he knew that even if he could summon the gate he'd never be able to pass through. You see, in order to pass you must either be dead or have access to the King's key. He stole that key from your father and used it to open the gate." Xing explained before standing to his feet. Titus was completely dumbfounded. He didn't have a clue what the elder was talking about. "Your time is short. IF you want to save Yugo, must journey beyond the gate. You must find Dai and regain the key. You'll only have about 30 minutes to do so. I urge you take caution. The Valley of Kings is a dangerous place. Mortals are not welcome there. Dai will be moving quickly. Do not attempt to stop him however, simply do what you must to get the key back and return it to your father. Also...if you are unable to get back within thirty minutes, the gate will close and you'll be locked inside the Valley forever. Once locked inside...not even our ancestors will be able to save you..."

Soara felt the energy restored to her body as he eyes slowly fluttered open. Sitting up she sniffled. Before she could cry though her attention was drawn to the other scene. "My father didnt die because of nekos he died because of you! You backstabbing asshole. We're their offspring if anyone has the right to the thrown its us! You can challenge an alpha right? If Jann becomes alpha i'll challenge him everyday till i win my fathers throne back!" She yelled. Her eyes turned to Jann "You're a backstabbing lieing piece of shit!" She spat. Her attention however was drawn back to the edler. His question gave hr slight hope. "I...i'd do anything..." she replied determinedly.

"Tyren..." Elder Xing sighed and closed his dull colored eyes. "Even if you say that...and even if you have proof of this...plot...the council must approve this. Plus, your son is far too young to become alpha." The elder stated. "Oh, I think the council will see otherwise. ITs because Yugo trusted the nekos that he died." Tyren stated. "YOU FUCKING BASTARD!" Titus roared as he cocked his fist back. He was stopped by some soldiers before he could reach Tyren though. "Let my mom go! She'd never betray my dad!!!" He screamed. Tyren ignored him though. "Take the neko's and Nagi back to the capital. I want them thrown into the dungeon for now." Tyren ordered.
Meanwhile, Ama moved to pull Soara away from Yugo. She pressed her hands into her cousin's chest and began to restore the energy she had used up. She continued to heal her until Soara woke up. As Jann, Tyren, and other soldiers left, Xing stayed behind. He however over Yugo's body before looking up towards the gate. It was all part of destiny. However...perhaps...there were times that destiny needed to be altered. "Its not too late." he whispered. Titus looked up at the elder and then over at Ama. "Tell me young hybrids, how far would you go to save Yugo? How far would you go to change the incoming state of this kingdom?"

Soara didnt even look up as she leaned over her father. "Daddy...please.." she whimpered. Taking her hand she tried to heal the wound. "Work dammit work!" She screamed. Kiku looked at Soara "stop....you'll just use all your energy..." she muttered her own tear tained face stared at her daughter. As Kiku was lifted off of Yugo's body. "My god! Youre stupid how could we have? Hes my husband i love him!" She cried. "My fucking ring shows it" she snapped.
Daichi was still passed out the marks having not yet receeded. "And i suppose my brother tatooed ancient marks all over his body while we traveled?" She growled. She had to stay strong for the kids.
Soara wasnt listening to her mother or anyone else. "Please...work...." she moaned. She was a mess, bruised everywhere as tears came down hr face. Her hands glowed a bright blue as she put everything she had into one last healing spell. The spell almost killing her with the effort. "I love...you...daddy..." she whispered falling ontop of his motionless body before her eyes slid closed.

"Let me go!!!!!!!" Came a harsh ear piercing scream from Nagi's lips. She was surrounded by soldiers. Her arms had been chained up too. "Seize the neko's." Came an order from Tyren. He stepped forward, his eyes cast upon Yugo's lifeless body. From behind him stepped Jann dressed in the finest of armor, armor worthy for an alpha. "You're under arrest for the assassination of Yugo Ogami." Jann stated and ordered three guards to grab Kiku and chain her up. A few others grabbed Daichi and did the same. "What the fuck are you doing!" Ama spat and jumped to her feet. Jann shifted his gaze lazily over towards her. "We uncovered a plot to kill your uncle. We were too late however. Your mother, your aunt, and your father were behind it. My guess is that they both wanted your dad to take over and so, needed to get ride of Yugo-sama." Jann stated. Ama took a step back. There was something wrong. No...none it made any sense!

As Nagi and Daichi were being arrested, out stepped Elder Xing. The old wolf looked up towards the sky. He may have been blind, but he could still feel the energy from the gate above their heads. "So thats what he was planning..." he muttered before Tyren demanded his attention. "Elder, Yugo is dead! There is no one who can take his place. As the highest ranked General, I hereby seize control. My first act is to name my son, Jann, the new alpha!" Tyren announced. Jann smirked and gave Soara a wink. Now it all made sense. This what Jann was talking about. He had told her that things would change! Now Ama realized what was going on too. All of this was just a ploy to get rid of Kiku, Daichi, and Nagi too. They were the only ones who could stand in Tyren's way if something happened to Yugo. Who would argue? The whole story sounded pretty damn convincing. Who would believe two nekos and a wolf who had married one?
