Fire & Ice II: Age of Rebirth(private/mature/continued)

Soara allowed the men to escort her into the palace but she wasn't so happy about being separated from her siblings. Entering the thrown rooms he stared at the scene playing out before her. She couldn't' believe that Konna was standing up for her aunt. Spotting Jann she frowned. Her heart skipped a beat this was the boy who she used to love who had said that he loved her. Her first mate was standing before her but she didn't' have the feelings she couldn't. When he released her she glared at him. "Where have I been!? Getting my father's life back because you made a deal and stole it! You used me! You lied to me! Then when I accused you, you acted like it wasn't true. I'll give you one thing you're a god damn amazing actor!" she yelled. "Trouble?! I've caused you trouble?! Shut your fucking mouth! You killed my father practically!" she screamed at him. She felt tears going down her cheeks and wiped at them. "I don't want to hear your lies!" she snapped. She paused as she could feel her fathers spirit trying to get free. She quickly opened the bag and noticed that it was no longer there.

The three hybrids were brought directly to the palace, however were separated. Ama was taken into the west wing, Titus to the east wing, and Soara was escorted to the throne room. Once she got there, she'd see that Konna was having a rather...heated debate with General Tyren. "I wont stand for this! I'm still running this show! Nagi-chan loved her brother. She would never plot against him! Besides, she's pregnant. I demand that you release her Tyren!" Konna spat while standing nose to nose with the larger male. Tyren simply smiled. "The child she carries is an abomination. She will stay where she is...unless...you have the ability to overthrow the power I hold." he smirked. Konna took a step back. Her right eye was twitching violently. MEanwhile, Soara was brought over to a small corner of the throne room. There, Jann was waiting for her. When he saw her, he quickly ordered for her bindings to be taken off. "Soara where have you been? Do you know how much trouble you've caused me?" Jann frowned as he walked up to her. "Listen...I'm afraid you might have some misunderstandings towards the current situation. If you'll allow me to explain..."

Soara frowned at the mention o Jann. "Oh did he now?" She muttered. "Hes not dead!" She screamed at the soldier. She fought asthe others bgan to restrain her. "I can bring him back." She growled. However now that they were being brought to the palace she had an idea. Now she| be close to her father and be able to restore his life.

"Shut your trap!" The captain spat. He looked forward and could now see that the three of them were indeed hybrids. "I see...so you are. Well this is my lucky day." he smirked and pointed over to Soara. "Major Jann has ordered for your capture. The other two are to be locked away." he stated and nodded to his men. "What? You're taking orders from that asswipe?!" Titus hissed and extended his claws. "Lady Konna is technically still in charge. However, seeing that Yugo-sama is dead soon General Tyren and his son will be taking over."

Soara came to a abrupt stop as the net appeared in front of them. Turning she spotted the soldiers and glared. "I will tell you our business. To save my father! We're Yugo-samas family and we have something that will save his life." She hissed. "Move now!" She yelled. The factthat this Konna chick was calling the shots now really pissed her off. "This is myfathers kingdom."

Ama and Titus were following closely behind. Suddenly, a net of bright flames sprung up in front of them. Titus put on the brakes and came within inches of the net. Several more suddenly sprang up from the ground leaving them with only one escape route. That route was soon cut off by soldiers from the capital. "What the hell...we're too far out to be running into patrols..." ama muttered. The soldiers pointed their blades towards the hybrids while making way for the captain to step forward. "Under the order of Lady Konna, all routes into the capital are closed. I have strict orders to kill ANYONE who approaches without proper cause."

Soara sprinted through the landscape. The idea of seein her father again gave her the strength o keep going. And the idea of possibly punching Jann in the face. As they got closer she couldnt help but smile. They could do it. Save everyone from this terrible situations.

"W-Wait!!" Titus screamed. He had just been punched, dropped, and then violently hugged. Why wasn't he getting any respect?! Ama ran right after Soara, but paused to grab hold of Titus. "No time! We need to move. It may already be too late!" she exclaimed. None of them seemed to wonder what would be the consequences of a dragon dropping down from the sky so close to the border. As night fell, the hybrids continued to race through the woods. They were getting closer. The markers which ran through the Ogami territory were becoming more frequent.

Soara searched the shrine for ssomething. When Titus stirred she dropped him on the ground. Glad that Ama had finally found some clothes. When Tits spoke of the bell she looked. Spotting the symbol her heart lept. "Closer to saing my dad!" She exclaimed. She turned back to the door. "Lets go now" she said practically sprinting.

"You can search for answers...I just want clothes." Ama frowned. She was in luck. After searching the inside of the shrine she managed to find some robes. It was only shortly after that Titus woke up. "Ouch...what hit me...?" Titus groaned. Ama let out a huff and crossed her arms over her chest. Her skin felt gross. She needed bath and bad. Titus rubbed his cheek and slowly stood up. "Hey...whats with this weird bell?" he asked. Ama blinked and turned around. "Titus!!!" She screamed and hugged him till his bones snapped. "That symbol, thats our clan's marking! This must be one of the shrines that dot the boarder. That means we must be at least a few days away from home! If we hurry we might be able to make it back in two!!"

Soara mumbled under her beath as she threw her brother over her shoulder. Heading to the shrine as they were hopfully heading towards answers. She steped carefully trying notto drop her brother or fall herself. Approaching the building she sighed. "We better get some fucking answers." She growld.

"Yea..I guess..." Ama mumbled as her eyes shifted from side to side. Damnit she needed clothes! It was then that Ama noticed what looked to be the roof of a shrine off in the distance. "Lets head over there. You can carry your Stupid brother." Ama frowned and rose to her feet. Stars were still circling around Titus' head. Ama had punched him pretty hard...

Soara felt the gust of wind pick them up and blow them to the ground. She gave a small shriek as they hit the ground. Standing she brushed hrself off. "Is it just me or is it suddenly warm?" She asked. Looking around she frowned not sure where they ended up exactly.

Once they were all free, Ama whipped up a violent gust of wind which surrounded their bodies. The dragon plowed down into the earth below while the hybrids gently landed on the ground. Unfortunately, Ama had lost her pelt in the process and let out a scream once they reached the ground. "What?" Titus blinked as he turned towards her direction only to receive a hard slug from his cousin. The poor boy was knocked flat onto the ground. Ama's cheeks were bright red. She bent down trying to cover as much as she could. It was only then that she noticed that it was no longer snowing. Actually...the temperature seemed to be allot warmer.

Soara knew they'd fall but that was better than the dragon flying away with them. She proceded to freeze its claws thoroughly as wel. Then she borke the off freein them from its grasps. "Ama use the wind!" She screamed. This had to work or theyd die.

"No Wait!!!!" Ama screamed, but it was too late. Titus hadn't really thought things through...again. As the dragon's wings froze over it's body suddenly dropped right through the claws. If the dragon was falling that meant that Titus, Soara, and Ama were falling as well. The dragon let out an ear piercing scream as it flapped its wings trying to shake off the ice. Meanwhile, the ground was approaching faster and faster...

"No shit!" Soara yelled back. She watched as the whole thing became covered in scales. This was not looking good for them. At the mention o freezing its wngs she noded. Raising her hand she coatedboth the dragons wings in a thick layer of ice.

"Its regeneration!" Ama screamed over the roars from the dragon. "Somehow...its coming back to life. The pendent Titus grabbed must have been some sort of trigger." Ama stated. Titus looked back. Ama was right. The dragon's skull was now covered in a mass of flesh and scales. "Freeze it's wings!" Titus shouted. He looked up and noticed that only a very thin layer of membrane was covering it's wings.

Soara rounded on her brother as he called her an ingrate. "Watch it! You better take it back! You almost killed us! I'd rather be lost than almost die." she snarled. However before she could continue they were swooped off the ground and into the sky. "What the hell!" she screamed in horror as the dragon began to regenerate.

Titus sighed as he turned his back to his sister, clearly ignoring her. Ama let out a deep sigh of relief. They were finally in the clear. "You know its thanks to me that we have some idea as to where the hell we are. You two didn't have to follow, yet you did like the little sheep you are. Fucking ingrates..." Titus muttered. Suddenly, what happened next was so fast that neither Titus or Ama were given time to react. The bone dragon that had been after them suddenly did a 360 and dove straight at the hybrids. It picked all three of them right off the ground and carried them high above the clouds. Also, it seemed like the dragon was slowly starting to regenerate. Patches of mussel and flesh were starting to form over its bones. Titus let out a dark hiss. He slammed his claws into the dragon's foot, but his nails barely even left a scratch. Ama's eyes nearly popped right out of their sockets! They dragon was flying so high that she could hardly see the ground. Her face shot over towards her stupid cousin, Titus. "You just had to say it could have been worse..didn't you?!" she screamed as they were carried off.

"You know what you did! You messed with the dead and nwo we have a living skeleton after us!" Soara yelled at him. She jumped as the roof above them began to collapse sending bricks showering on them. Ducking she covered her head with her arms. As the dragon flew passed them Soara sighed in relief. "You asshole!" she yelled at Titus. Climbing out after him.

"What I do this time???" Titus blinked as he was yanked the rest of the way up the stesp. "You were born for starters..." Ama muttered as she got up just in time to avoid having her right leg caught by the dragon's fangs. The dragon continued to trash about. Titus' taunting hadn't helped any. Finally, the dragon began to move back down the steps. Just when Ama thought they were in the clear, a huge explosion sent hard vibrations through the floor! The ceiling above had even caved in revealing the sky above. The sound of the dragon's roar could be heard for miles and miles as it flew higher and higher into the sky. "I guess...it got out...?" Titus blinked and jumped up towards the now giant sized hole in the middle of the ceiling. He managed to climb out and when he reached the top and leaned back down to offer his sister and cousin a hand. "Well that could have been worse." Titus sighed as a shiver ran down his back. It was still snowing, just not as hard as before. "How??? We nearly died...again!" Ama blinked and quickly wrapped the pelt she had been wearing around her body.

Soara felt her brothers body land on her and growled. "Damn it Titus!" She yelled. Puzshing him off sh got up and sprinted up the steps. Seein her brother taunting the now stuck dragon she reached down and yanked him up the steps. "I swear im gonna kill you." She hissed. "How do we shut the door?" She yelled looking frantically for someway to close it.

Titus and Ama quickly ran after Soara with the bone dragon not to far behind. It's massive body was destroying the tunnel way causing large chunks of debris to fall from the ceiling. When they got up to the top of the stairs, Ama tripped causing her body to fall on top of Titus' who then fell right onto Soara's back. The dragon's head reached the top shooting flames everywhere! The entire floor was shaking now. More and more debris was falling from the ceiling. "Damnit..we'll be trapped at this rate.." Titus growled as he scrambled to his feet. He looked back though and noticed that the dragon appeared to be stuck. It couldn't get the rest of its massive body past the top of the steps. Titus let out a deep sigh of relief. He smirked at the dragon and stuck his tongue out at it. "Haha looser!" Titus grinned and turned around shaking his tail at the dragon's face.

Soara nodded galring at him. "If you would've respecte the dead this wouldn't be happening" she growled. However she stopped scolding him as a coumn of flames came rushing towards them. Jumping out fo the way she sat still as Titus instrcted. Of course though it didn't work. Soon the dragon was trying once again to roast them alive. Soara didn't hesitate to take her brother's advice and sprinted up the staris.
