"I'll do what I can." Konna replied softly. Titus nuzzled his nose into his mom's bloody hands. Even after she had been tortured she still had the strength to be a mother. "Please...Konna-san...keep those bastards away from my mother!" Titus pleaded. Konna closed her eyes and uncrossed her arms. "I'm sorry..but I cant make any promises. You saw it. I dont have allot of power.."

Soara looked at Konna as she spoke. Lay low? Was she kidding? They had just gotten home that was the last thing she wanted to do. "Thats right." Kiku nodded agreeing with Konna for once. Soara grabbed the bars and looked at hermom. "I love you." She whispered choking back tears. Kiku awkwardly hugged her daughter through the bars. "I love you too." She whispered then returned the gestures to Titus. "Keep them safeplease." She begged Konna.

"If you two are done..." Konna frowned and moved in between the twins. "Right now you three.." she paused and pointed to Soara, Ama, and Titus. "Need to stay out of sight for as long as possible. Right now...we need to assume that Yugo-sama will not wake up. We'll give it two days. Thats about as long as Elder Xai will be able to stall the elders. If worse comes to worse I'll send you three into hiding. Anita-san will be your guardian. However, your mothers will have to remain here."

"How dare you!" Soara yelled. But didnt cntinue as she wanted to respect her mother. "You all needto get along and team up for your father and i's sake." She insisted. Kiku felt terrible as it wasnt really anyone elses fault. She insited.

"How could you know??! Dad told you he was bad! He warned you and so did Ama you fucking idiot!!!!" Titus screamed as he tried to get loose from Ama's grip. "Me? If it wasn't for me we wouldn't have gotten here at all! Also, we would have never even ended up in that damn cave if you hadn't spread your legs for the first guy who gave you a second look!!!" Titus spat bitterly, but then became dead quiet when his mother screamed at the both of them. Ama's ears pinned back. Their entire family was falling apart..

Soara landed against the bars of her mothers cell. Standingshe glared at the guard as he continued to make rude gestures about her mother. "You better stay away!" She screamed. But before she could say anything else Titus had pinnedher to the wall. She clawed at his hand before kicking him in the stomach. "Its not my fault!" She yelled after ama removed him. "I didnt know. How could i?" Sh snapped. "If we are blaming people what about you? You wasted time in that cave with that dragon!" She retorted but fell silent as Kiku yelled at them. "Enough neither of you are going to blame the other." She snapped.

Konna stepped right in front of Soara and gave her a harsh shove back towards Kiku's cell. The last thing she needed was Tyren's guards to be attacked. She then turned to the guards, her arms crossed over her chest. The guards eyes one another. They were under no obligation to obey Konna, however it wasn't like Kiku was going anywhere. "Pfft. Fine." the head guard hissed. He eyed Kiku though and gave his belt a few taps. "I'll be back in due time. After all, you've become my number one fan. I'm really hoping that you dont talk. It would be great if we could keep yugo's bitch here for..oh...a few more days I guess." he stated and threw his head back letting out a hard laugh. Konna's eyes narrowed sharply. She ushered the guards out and closed the doors. "That was close..." she muttered and let out a sigh of relief. When she turned around though, she saw that Titus had charged Soara and his claws wrapped around her neck! "This is all your fault! Its your fault that Jann got his hands on that damn book! Its your fault that dad might not wake up! Its YOUR fault that our mother is being tortured for a crime she didn't comment!!!!!!" Titus roared and cocked his fist back. Before he could pummel Soara though, Ama walked in and grabbed his fist. "Titus stop it! Blaming Soara wont help our moms!"

Kiku slowly crawled over to the bars. Lightly touching Soaras cheek she wiped at her tears before doing the same to Titus. "Hey im fine okay? Im strong." She assured them. When the soldiers entered the prison they all looked up. Soara stood from the bars as she saw them begin to remove their armor. "Dont touch my mother! You horny assholes!" She screamed charging at them.

Titus ran after his sister. Konna decided to follow along too. She didn't need the twins to do anything foolish. When Titus got to Kiku's cell he almost immediately fell to his knees. His mother...his own mother...she had been through so much! It looked the soldiers had even cut her beautiful blonde hair just to further humiliate her. "Mom...I'm so sorry...its because we couldn't deal with Elder Dai quick enough...its because we got lost somewhere out west...I'm so sorry." Titus sobbed. Konna leaned against entrance to the dungeon with her arms crossed over her chest. She wasn't trying to be heartless...but there was nothing that could be done. Just then, a large group of soldiers walked in smirking. "Hey neko. Its time for your medication." one of them grinned as they began to take off their armor. Titus spun around! Every hair on his body shot straight up. He went on all fours and dug his jagged claws into the ground. Black streaks of fire shot out from his body in all directions. His dark pupils reflected the desire to kill.

"Great..." Konna muttered and stepped in between Titus and the soldiers. "I'm busy with the prisoner. You'll have to come back later." She frowned. The soldier's eyes all narrowed. "We dont take orders from you!" one of them spat.

Soara lookd at Nagi stayin for a couple seconds as they continued to speak. "He'll wake up we just have to believe that he will." She assured her aunt. Then she took off to find her mother. When she finally did her heart dropped. Kiku was a complete wreck. She had bruises everywhere and was bleedn in several spots. "Mom! Oh my god what did they do to you?" Soara began to sob as he mother looked at her. "Soara?" She asked. "Yes mom its me.

"She's another level down." Konna explained. "Konna...you have to get my brother's mate out! Kiku and I are innocent. No one loved him more then her!" Nagi screamed. Konna closed her eyes and let out an exhausted sigh. "Nagi-chan...it took everything I had to keep you from being harmed. I'm afraid my hands are tied. What we need..is Yugo-sama." she whispered. Nagi hung her head. Tears began to roll down her cheeks. "B-But nii-sama...he..." she muttered. Ama shook her and nuzzled her mother's cheek. "No mom. The three us brought back what was stolen from uncle Yu-san. We...We just have to wait."

Soara followed Konna to the dungeon. Hoping to see at least one of her parents again. When she spotted Nagi she stopped. She watched as Ama hugged her mother tightly. "Wheres our mother?" She demanded. Worried about her own mothers conition since she had been tortured. Sure Nagi looked tired but she hadnt beeen hurt phyically.

Konna simply shrugged her shoulders. "I have doubts that she was actually plotting against Yugo-sama, but what I think doesn't matter. Tyren wants his confession to speed things along. So, I decided to save Nagi-chan. She's pregnant and my friend after all." Konna stated. Ama stood up now too. She wanted to see her mother, father, and her aunt. "Take us to her!" Titus ordered. Konna let out a deep sigh and nodded. She led the hybrids past several of Tyren's guards. It looked like they hadn't been given orders to arrest the hybrids just yet. She took them all down into the deepest parts of the dungeon. On the way they past Nagi who was being kept in a small cell. The cell however had a table, food, and a bed for her to lay on. "MOM!!!" Ama screamed and rushed towards the bars. Nagi slowly opened her eyes. There were dark bags under them both. She had been crying...allot. "Ama..OH GOD AMA!" Nagi screamed and moved towards the bars as fast as she could. She stretched her arms through and wrapped them around Ama's head. "Oh god...I feared the worst. N-No one would tell me where you were..."

Soara perked up as she heard her moter metioned. standing frm her fathers body she looked at Konna. "You did what?!" She hissed. "Nobody did anything except Tyren, Elder Dai, and Jann. My mother loves my father too much to ever harm him." She snapped. "I want to see her now." She demanded.

Titus watched silently. Everything was falling apart and...and...it was all Soara's fault! This whole thing had started with her and the damn book that Jann wanted. The young hybrid bit down on his bottom lip. If Yugo couldn't be saved...he'd never forgive his sister. Turning around, he faced Konna now. "I want to see my mother. Where is she!!" he hissed. Konna raised a brow. She stared Titus down, but finally sighed and nodded. "Listen. I honestly did everything I could to keep her safe. However...I had to make a choice between her and Nagi-chan...so I picked Nagi. Tyren wanted to interrogate one one them. My guess is that he wanted to get a bogus confession. Your mom..." Konna stated but paused for a moment. "She's been tortured for most of the day. I dont know what Tyren ordered done...but you should prepare yourself..."

Soara ignored most o what was going on around hr. She didnt care about Tyren or the elders or the country right now. She lightly shook her fathers lifeless form sobbing "wake up! Please wake up!" She yelled shaking him a little harder. "I need you! Mom needs you! We all need you! You cant leave us." She cried before laying her head on his chest once more.

"I'll do what I can. Right now...there's a limit to what Tyren can do. He cant just take over without the approval of the elders. Well...he can...but it wouldn't look good in the eyes of the leaders of the UWT(United wolf tribes). Yugo was the head of the alliance, the warchief. All eyes will be on Tyren so he has to be patient." Elder Xai explained. "I know that male. Patience is not his strong point." Konna huffed. Ama joined Soara on the floor. Her ears were pinned back against her long silver hair as more tears flowed down her puffy cheeks.

Soara wached as the soul flew into her fathers body. She stared in anticipation as she waited for something to happen, anything. When he didnt move she felt herself crying once more. "Daddy you have to wake up..." she pleaded. Hugging his lifeless body as her tears soaked his shirt. "Daddy please..." she begged. She knew if this didnt work she| probably end up dead along with the rest of her family.

As soon as the cap was taken off Yugo's soul escaped and flew straight into his body! Xai took a step back. All eyes were on Yugo now. However after ten minutes there were no signs of change. "Was...Was it for nothing?" Ama asked softly a tears rolled down her cheeks. "We can only wait. He may wake up...he may not." Elder Xai replied softly. "Time is something we dont have." Konna frowned while eyeing the elder. "Tyren has already eliminated most of the guards who were loyal to Yugo-sama. I had to even send Anita-san into hiding. My power doesn't count for shit. If I didn't have my own personal guards I'd be in serious trouble. We need Yugo-sama awake right now!"

Soara looked at Konna and frowned. "I do too have an idea. I have my fathers soul." She replied. When Konna led her to the Elder's room she frowned. Her fathers lifeless body made her want to cry again. When the Elder explained the situation she shook her head. "No we are on time." She retorted. As titus grabbed her arm she looked at him. "Right here." She snapped. Taking it off she lifted the flap of the bag revealing his soul. Taking it out she brought it over to his body not sure what to do.

"Bring him back? Oh honey...you have no idea do you?" Konna whispered as she took out a wet cloth and gently applied it to Soara's face. "Follow me and stay quiet." she ordered. After leading Soara through a long serious of hallways and a few hidden passages, they came to a small room. Inside stood Elder Xai, Titus, and Ama. They were staring at a small bed that was located in the corner. "I'm sorry..but unfortunately you three took a little longer then expected. Still...you survived the realm of kings. Such a thing is commendable..." the elder whispered. Yugo's body was laying on the bed. His entire body was void of color. He wasn't even breathing! "I did my best to preserve his body and moved him hear. However..." Xai muttered softly. Suddenly, Titus whipped around and grabbed hold of one of Soara's arms. "His soul! Where's the bag you were carrying?!"

Soara looked at Jann as he continued to speak. "I cant just i cant jushe replied. I cant believe you after all the lies youve told." She replied. As Tyren approached them her fists clenched. "And this is why." She groled. As the two spoke she glared at Tyren. Then out of nowhere she felt his hand collide with her face sending her to the ground. "You lowlife..." she paused as the general pinned his son against the wall. "Leave him alone!" She screamed at him. Before she could do anything however Konna was escorting her out. "I know..." she muttered. "Hes not dead though. I can bring him back."

"I can assure that was no lie. I've never told anyone that I loved them. You were the first and I was honest about every word." Jann explained. "Soara...I know you're upset about your father but I think that-" Jann whispered, but paused as his father began to walk towards him. "We're not finished Tyren!!!" Konna lashed out, but she was ignored. "Jann why is this half breed stinking up the throne room?" Tyren asked as he set his cold orange eyes onto Soara. "We had a deal." Jann growled, his fists tightening. "I would participate in this whole thing and in exchange I could live as I wished." Jann stated. Tyren stroked his chin. "Ah...indeed I do remember making such a deal. So 'this' is how you wish to live?" he asked while pointing at Soara. Suddenly, a cruel grin formed on Tyren's lips! He backhanded Soara hard enough to send her to he ground! He then grabbed Jann by the neck and slammed him into the wall. "You little shit! Do you really think I'd allow you to make the same mistakes as Yugo did? Do you really think I'd let you fuck this up?! I've worked too long...and too hard. You can find something else to stick your dick into. The girl will be executed ALONG with her bitch mother, aunt, and her cousin and brother." Tyren spat. While the father and son were busy, Konna pulled Soara up and ushered her out of the throne room. "Are you ok? Things have been going to shit ever since your father...well...since he died."

Soara looked at him. "Yeah you think?" She glared at him as he tried to explain all his lies. She felt tears sting her eyes. "You lied you didnt love me! You never cared! You only were using me for this fo all of this!" Whn he hugged her she didnt return it but didt push away either. She yelled. When he went to kiss her she backed up lightly pushing him away. "I loved my father! And you took him away..." she whispered. "I...dont...know...i..." she stumbled unsue what to say. Then it hit herthat this could be her oportunity to get to her father.

"Soara..." Jann whispered, but paused and let out a deep sigh. He closed his eyes and scratched the back of his head. She was right. The time for lying was over. He needed to be honest for a change. "You're right. I did lie to you...allot. However, it was never my intention to neccicarily kill your father. I just assumed that Elder Dai would remove him. Neither my father or I had any clue what Dai was going to do once he got the book. The deal had been made some time ago. Hell...we didn't even known why couldn't he just get the book himself." Jann sighed again before stepping towards Soara and taking her into his arms. "Soara this was all for us. My father wants me to be the next alpha. With this you are no longer a princess. We also dont have to worry about your father. WE will run this kingdom. Once I'm recognized as alpha I promise I'll free your mother and your aunt." Jann replied softly and leaned in close to her lips while closing his eyes. "This was all for you...all for us..."
