You Can't Save Me ((Yugo,Mature))

"And you just let her do so....I recall when I tried doing such things you'd scold me for being innapropriet and push me back" She said while glaring at him. As he hesitated her body tensed, waiting to hear exactly what it was he had to tell her that he had felt a need to keep form her before...

"Like what??" Shen blinked. He had been around Himiko so much that he had grown use to her scent. He hardly noticed it unless she sprayed extra on her body. "Oh...well..." Shen whispered once he realized that her eyes were on his shirt. Shen sighed deeply. This was gonna be bad...wasn't it? "Well...after I got home I found Himiko on the floor. I cooked her something then went to start getting ready. After I showered and started packing she came into my room. Next thing I knew she was wrapping her arms around my neck...ah...that not to say that anything happened...I mean she does that all the time." Shen replied softly. "But...there is something I should tell you..."

Kathrine was relaxing more and more but she started to catch a new scent that was familiar. She lifted her head and sniffed around her before blinking and leaned in against Shen's shirt, her eyes opened and she sat up, her hues narrowed as she looked at him. "Why do you smell like that" She said, having moved herself to the other side of the couch.

"Hmm never heard of it." Shen blinked. He really needed to get back into watching tv a little more. As Kate laid down, Shen smiled slightly. He gently reached forward and began to run a hand through her jet black hair. This was nice...just the two of them...alone...and getting along fairly well. Then, Shen sighed and closed his eyes. The scent was faint, but now Kate would began to catch traces of Himiko's perfume which covered most of Shen's shirt. It smelled like a mixture of roses and peaches...and clearly did not belong to Kate.

ooc: Gonna assume that roses and peaces are a god mix...lol

"It's called community, a show about 7 people who are attending a community college to get their degree's and a bunch of random stuff keeps happening to them... My favorite was the paintball episode" She said as she laid down, and as she did before with Jake, used Shen's lap as her pillow

Shen placed his things down and took a seat next to Kate. It was odd seeing her watching tv and even stranger hearing that she had taken an interest in the show. The last time they had watched tv on the couch...Kate had showed little to no emotion at all. "What is this?" Shen asked as he leaned back against the couch. He had been pretty busy with work and wasn't up to date with what most of the newer tv series.

"On the side of the couch is fine, I already talked to Jazz and Josh about everything and they said it'd be no problem." Kate said as she scooted over to give him room to sit on the couch. Joshua has been trying to get me to watch this show for awhile...I wish I would have watched it sooner, it's pretty good...not great but not bad" She said looking back at the screen

Shen walked in. It looked like Kate was relaxing like he had requested. "Thank you. Sorry I took so long." Shen smiled. He walked over towards the back of the couch and placed a soft kiss on Kate's forehead. "So where shall I put my things?" he asked. Shen still wasn't sure how their living situation was going to work. While at her place, he could just sleep on the couch. When they actually moved into his penthouse they'd have their own rooms...but maybe if they wanted to...they could use only one of the rooms.

Kathrine was sitting on the couch sipping on a warm mug of cider. Jacob was in the kitchen cleaning up when Shen walked in. "Welcome back" Kathrine said looking up at him from the t.v. "Hey cool, I can head out and pack a few things of my own to stay here" Jacob said. "I'm going to stop on my way back and get some groceries" He said. "Oh, more grapes" Kathrine said. "I know I know" Jake called

A few minutes later Shen stepped off the boss. It was around 7pm when he finally reached Kate's door. "I wonder...if I should tell her..." Shen sighed deeply. He himself didn't think he that had done anything wrong...well...not really, but he had no idea how Kate would react. The old her from a month ago probably wouldn't have cared, but now things were different. Sighing again, Shen opened his eyes and knocked on the door. "Well here we go..."

Kathrine saw her phone's light turn on, on the table. She reached over for it and replied. "Alright, I'll be waiting" She put the phone down and stretched on top of Jacob's lap. "Shall I make that cider?" He asked. "Yes please" She said with a smile. Jake got up and went into the kitchen and started to whip up her apple cider

Shen was about to leave. He had finished up...a lengthy 'talk' with Himiko. Unfortunately while having their little chat Shen lost track of the time. He still had to get on the buss to. By the time he was in Kate's part of town he was already two hours late. Tho, he hadn't told Kate the exact time that he'd get to her place. Sighing, Shen reached into his pocket and sent Kate a text. "Hey, should be your place in ten minutes or so."

"Bahh...I'm so full" Kathrine said, having cleaned her plate of the fish the veggies, even the broccoli and cheese soup. She slowly lifted her cast leg onto the couch and used Jacob as her personal pillow resting her head on his thigh while watching the shananigans of the tv series. laughing at the good parts

Shen had showered and was in the process of packing some clothes when he was stopped by Himiko, again. "So you and your ex hooking back up?" she asked while leaning against the frame of his door. As usual, she was sporting her lacy underware. This time her color of choice was purple with the panties to match. "Dont call it hooking up..I've never liked that phrase." Shen stated. "But you are getting back together?" Himiko asked. Shen paused and looked up. "Its...not that simple, I believe that she's commented to giving it another try." Shen smiled. Himio stretched her arms over her head and bent back backwards a little. Any other guy would have been drooling over the sight of her body, but not Shen which was something she actually liked about him. "Sooooo when are you going to tell her that we 'hooked up' ?" Himiko grinned as she began to slowly walking up to Shen, her hips swaying seductively from side to side while her crystal blue hues filled with want

Jacob drove to a place, having called and ordered ahead of picking it up so someone could run it out to the car, so he wouldnt have to leave Kathrine alone, or make her have to limp inside. Once back to the dorm room he set her on the couch and set up her food on a plate and got her a large glass of milk. "Here you are my girl" He said. "I'll make you some warm cider a little later after you'd eaten" He said while popping in a tv series called community and sat next to her while she ate

Shen nodded, tho when Kate waved him over he wasn't sure what she'd do. Feeling her lips press against his, Shen smiled and kissed her back. After seeing Jacob and Kate off, Shen jumped into his/Himiko's car. When he got home he found Himiko laying on the floor...as if she had been murdered. "You alive?" Shen blinked as he nudged her with his foot. Her morning shift had just ended. "So...hungry..." Himiko whimpered. Shen let out a long sigh. He rolled up his sleeves and started walking into kitchen. "Alright I'll make something." he stated. Suddenly, Himiko sprung to her feet! She ran up and wrapped her arms around Shen's neck while pressing her breasts firmly into Shen's back. "I love you so much!!!" she chimed. "Whatever..." Shen sighed. He'd heard that line about a million times already.

"Sure man, no worried" Jake said with a smile. "I wont...I'll just find something to read" Kathrine said. "I'll stay with her until you get there, When you do, I can go to my place and get what I need" Jake said. Joshua would be excited to hear he'd be sleeping over for awhile. "Kathrine waved Shen closer and leaned over, giving him a light kiss. "Dont take to long..." She said. Jake adjusted her in his arms once she wrapped and arm back around his neck. "See you there" He said and headed over to his black year old mustang. "So. shall we stop and get you something to eat on the way home?" He asked. "We can order it to go right? I'd rather eat at home. "Of course" Jake said. "Salmon? no....Tilapia....hn....some kind of fish" She said as he set her into his car

Shen was standing by the entrance. He had already filled out the needed paper work. "For now, please take Kate home. I need to run to my own place, shower, pack some clothes, and give Himiko back her car." Shen stated while pointing to the teal colored 2005 Camry. His eyes then shifted from Jacob's to Kate's. "I should be over in a few hours at the least. Please relax when you get home. The last thing you need is stress."

A nurse came in and took out all of Kathrines iv's and gave the okay for her to get up, having brought a wheel chair. Jacob laughed and picked Kathrine up bridal style and carried her out. "You two seem to be getting along better" He said with a smile. "More or less....I want to try and patch thing up, but now I found out he's living with some girl....who he seems worried about enough to want to call and check on her. "Ohh...is my little girl jealous?" He asked with a smile. "Shut up" Kathrine growled, but didnt deny it

"Well....perhaps there's nothing to disscuss than." Shen blinked. Perhaps...he had expected Kate to put up more resistance. After all, she had done nothing but resist him for an entire month. "Well I'll go sign you out then. If you dont want to use a wheel chair I suppose you can be carried." Shen stated while giving Josh a nod. He grabbed his coat from the chair and placed it over his arm before leaving.

"Okay then" Jacob said with a shrug. Kathrine honestly had no interest in the subject....she whiced she had been able to put a bullet through her uncles head....."I can stay at home...I dont see why you cant stay and like Jacob said, he can watch me while you go to work" She said simply

"To be blunt....I dont care." Shen stated, his eyes narrowing slightly towards Jacob as he began to talk of special training. "Please understand, I appreciate the help, but I'd feel more comfortable if Kate were somewhere that I was familiar with. Its unlikely that her uncle will attack the same place twice, but the chance is still there. In any case, I was discussing our options with Kate." Shen stated. He wasn't being rude, but Jacob had just jumped into their conversation,

"Nahh I can just carry her" Her said with a smile and stayed where he was. "If she needs a safe place, she's more than welcome at my place, you too. As for a body guard, I can take over that tidbit too while your away at work and such. I was in training to be a special agent on the police force, but too many shady cops for my liking and no one could take a joke" He said. Jacob was an optimist...always looking on the bright side

Shen didn't mind. He watched on in silence, having already gotten use to being ignored by Kate's friends. "Before that, theres something Kate and I need to discuss." Shen stated. "IF you dont mind, would the two of you go get a wheelchair for her? She wont be walking for a while." Shen stated while facing the boys. Once they were gone, Shen sat down on the edge of Kate's bed. "Lets talk about your uncle. As you know, he's still out there. I dont think it would be safe for you to return to your house." shen argued. Logically, the best option was to bring Kate to Himiko's apartment, but he knew better than to offer such an option. "I think I should sleep over at your place. I can take the couch, leave in the morning, and then come back. Untill we're able to move in together I want to be sure that you always have at least one other person with you."

Kathrine looked up and nodded. "Yeah" She said while reaching under her shirt and lightly scratched her belly. As she sat up Jacob walked in with a rose. "Hello my lady" He said with a smile. "My lord" Kathrine said and bowed her head with a smile while Jake lifted her hand and kissed it "So whats up, whats the news, are you going to be okay" He asked, more or less ignoring Shen at this point. "Hm, I get to go home now, Shen just got the ok from the doctor" She said. "Great!" Jake said with a smile. "We can take my car since I'm already here" He said
