You Can't Save Me ((Yugo,Mature))

"Hm hmm..." She said and crossed her arms. "I've seen that poor girl cry over you far to many time. We'll see how long yo face stays in her pictures this time ya hear" Jazz grunted and got up walking over to the fridge. "Dont play suck up to me, it'll just piss me off. "You want my approval, then you take all the shit you got coming when she snaps back to her ol self" She said and got a soda.

Shen turned around blinking twice. When he saw the box his eyes shot wide open and rushed forward grabbing it from her hands. "Shit.." he muttered. His eyes shifted towards the living room where Kate was. It looked like her and Josh were talking. "Sorry, but I didn't want her to find it...and your door was open." Shen sighed softly. He stuffed the small box into his pocket. There really wasn't anywhere else he could hide it. "Listen just keep this quiet. Kate was staring at this thing pretty hard...and I thought it would be a nice way to say thank-you to her. Before..as in last year, she wasn't the type who would accept gifts even if she had nothing. I think she'll really like this locket tho."

When Jazz had returned home she went into her room and went to go change into a different outfit. She usually wore her pj's to class and changed when she got home. Pulling out her dresser drawer she blinked seeing a box and a note. She opened the box and blinked then opened the note and blushed. "Wha the fuck he doin in my room" she growled. When they got home Jazz was just about to make a snack when Shen walked in and made her sit down. "Okay, knock it off" She growled, shrugging his hands off. She glanced to the door and held up his note. "What the hell was this doing in my room. Y'know you lucky I aint stupid. Ya'll need to hide you shit better and stay outta my room" She growled

"Er...no..not really. Like I said, my mother is a kind woman." Shen explained, tho he laughed a bit after she asked if Mei was the reason he hadn't had kida yet. "No.." he replied softly, his eyes softening a bit. "The woman I was suppose to spend the rest of my life with was killed. Did you forget why Lin and I dragged that man into the hotel?" Shen asked, but shrugged his soldiers letting the topic go. Once he was done hiding Kate's gift he made his way out side and took hold of her hand. "You ready?" He smiled brightly. By the time they got back tho Jazz and Josh were already home. Shen walked in seeing Jazz first. He took in a deep breath. "Hey Jazz." he called and walked up to the girl giving her a charming smile. "Today I'll be doing the cookings. Its thanks for you guys allowing me to stay here and for your patience." he smiled before moving behind her and placing his hands on her shoulders. "Sooo out of the kitchen. Just sit back and relax." Shen grinned as he gently pushed her down into a chair at the table. He even rubbed her shoulders a bit to ease the stress from her classes. "Let me handle everything ok?"

Kathrine looked at him. "That...must have been a scary child hood...having her decide things for you. I take it your waiting to marry and have kids is a kind of rebelling against her?" She asked. When he asked her to wait outside she was curious as to why but shrugged her shoulders and walked out. She went through the photos on her phone, not finding very much. Some of her Jazz, and Josh but that was about it. "I wonder...why i dont have any images of Shen" she wondered

"I'll take care of it, promise." Shen smiled. Tho his smiled soon faded after Kate figured out what kind of woman his mother was. "Well...yea she does. She's the type who goes after what she wants. She's also the type the destroys anything in her way. I cant even began to tell you how many rival companies have been crushed before they stood in way of her or my father's success..." Shen sighed softly. "Well anyway..lets just go before your roommates get home." Shen stated, tho when he realized her gift was still in his pocket, he told Kate to wait for him outside. His eyes scanned her room. He wanted to give it to her as thanks for being so patient. He had even got her a card. "Cant take the chance she'll find it..." Shen muttered. Suddenly, his eyes widened. Right around the corner was Jazz's room. He walked in and placed the boxed necklace along with the card into her dresser. The card read,

You have no idea how special you are. Thank you for being so patient. I love you and I always will. Nothing can change that. I look forward to the time when we're alone and I can slide this gift around your beautiful neck. I think it will make you happy.

Kathrine ran her fingers through her hair. "Y-yeah" She said as her blush lightened a bit. She grabbed her wallet and keys again and headed for the door. "And...I wont mind meeting them...its just you have to explain to them that I can't remember who she is...so...to maybe tone it down a little? She sounds like the kind of women who gets what she wants" She said.

Shen's jaw dropped to the floor. He stood in front of Kate completely dumbfounded. Sighing, he closed his eyes and pressed his palm into his face. "Yea...now that I think about it that sounds like something she'd say. Actually, she did 'talk' about the topic when she last saw you. Only last time I think she was more...reserved...if thats the right word." Shen sighed feeling completely defeated by his mother..as usual. "Well before she hung up she told me that she's coming to see us both next week. Before that tho I'll explain to her that you lost your memory. Actually...you really...dont have to meet her if it would make you uncomfortable. My mother is a kind woman. She just..really..really wants grandchildren. Plus, she likes you." Shen smiled softly. Though when he thought of the different 'positions' his mother might have explained to Kate he blushed a little. "Uh...soooo we were about to go out and buy some groceries right???"

ooc: just thought of an idea. What if in his hurry to hide the necklace from her, he places it in Jazz's room and she finds out its from him and starts freaking out? XD

"You mother was just telling me what kind of positions to be in, in order to get pregnant with your kids!" She yelped still in shock and glared at him. "You hae to tell her Shen, I dont even remember her let alone know how to talk to her!" She said, freaking out and blushed harder as she thought about all the advice Mei had told her. "Your mom...is kinda scary huh?" she said while looking at Shen

Shen caught the phone. He eyed Kate's face. Great..now he was in trouble both women. "Mother?" Shen blinked. "Oh Shen, you have no idea how happy I am that you've come to your senses. So, will you finally come back to your father's company?" Mei asked. "I..I never said that.." Shen frowned. Mei let out a gentle sigh. "Shen..your father has been patient. Even I was shocked. I think you and him should talk." Mei replied softly. Shen nodded. "Very well. We can speak-" he stated but was cut off by the sound of his mother's voice. "Next week!" she chimed. "I've already purchased the tickets and have canceled your father's meetings. I look forward to seeing Kate." She laughed before suddenly hanging up. Shen's face turned a ghostly pale. He stood there in the middle of the kitchen, his jaw hanging open. What the hell had just happened??

"W-....but...I..." Every time she tried to speak Mei just talked over her. Her face continued to grow redder and redder every time she spoke of sex positions and how to get pregnant. "S-sorry I have to go, I'll be late for class" she said and threw the phone back at Shen with a hard blush on her face. how the heck could a mother talk about those kind of things about her son!

"Oh dont play coy. I took you on a shopping spree last year. We got your hair, nails, and feet done. Hehe you looked so cute in that chinese dress I purchased." Mei giggled. "Anyway, we had started talking about 'you' giving me what my foolish son has denied me. I dont know what the status of your relationship is but you must at least be on speaking terms if you're by him now correct?" Mei asked. "Now, I'm not sure if you two have reached the point of physical relations but you most know there are some positions that are better than others for making a child. Also, it helps if the woman has an orgasm so make sure that my 'fool' isn't selfish in bed." Mei sighed. "Oh! Also you must monitor your body. There will be times during each month when you'll be more receptive to his sperm. Make sure you eat right during these times too." she smiled. Just the thought of her chasing after a little boy and girl absolutely thrilled her! Shen blinked twice. He couldn't hear what his mother was saying, but judging from the look on Kate's face it wasn't anything good.

"School? Oh, um good I guess....I'm told I dont have to try very hard since I catch on quickly" She said not knowing what the hell she was even talking about. "Th-thank you ma'am" She said as Mei praised her. A bright red blush crossed her cheeks as Mei brought up grand children. "W-wait what? I dont remember anything like that" She said completely flustered at the mention of children

"What do you want me to do? She knows you...I'll explain everything to her later. For now...just talk a little and get her off my back." Shen pleaded and clapped his hands together. Mei let out a soft sigh of relief. She sat back in her chair with a soft smile on her lips. "I see. So, how has school been going for you? Word reached my ears that you had come very far. I want you to know how proud I am of you. Considering your background, your accomplishments are outstanding." Mei smiled brightly. "Now...about those grandchildren we talked about when we went shopping a year ago..."

Kathrine blinked. She was surprised the women could have heard her when she had only whispered. When offered the phone she looked at Shen confused. "Shen, I dont--" she blinked as Mei started talking. "H-hello..." she said utterly confused. She didnt know who she was even talking too!, All she knew was that it was Shen's mother, that was it. "U-um, its okay....really...I uh...oh, no no, I'm alright...eating and...clothes..." she said she was completely lost. She glared at Shen and covered the mouth piece. "Why did you hand me the phone, I dont remember her" She hissed quietly

"Shen, who is that I hear? Is that brutish girl with you?! Put her on the phone so I can give her a peace of my mind. She has some nerve ignoring my calls!" Mei hissed. Her husband was on the other side trying to calm her, but Mei was pissed. "N-No mother...its Katherine." he whispered and closed his eyes again. "!!!" Mei exclaimed. She wasn't sure why her son and Kate were together, but she could feel all of her anger melting away..well..at least part of it. "Put her on at once!" she ordered. Shen sighed and handed Kate the phone. He had two choices. He could either get yelled at some more or he could hand the phone over so naturally he picked the second option. "Kate darling is that you?" Mei asked. "Please accept my apologies. I swear I do not recall raising such a foolish boy! How are you doing my dear? I haven't seen you in ages. Are you eating right? Do you need any clothes?" Mei asked. She probably sounded much like Kate's own mother would if she were still living.

Kathrine had grabbed her keys again just as Shen answered his phone. She blinked wide eyed as she heard an angered voice yelling at him over the phone. When he said mother she started laughing silently. "Ohh...you in trouble" She whispered with a smile. She leaned against him looking up at him with a soft smile. He was so cute when he was getting scolded by his mother

Shen let out a small groan. He was just about to close the frig when his phone began to buzz. He pulled it from his pocket, flipped it open, and placed it to his ear. "Hello?" he replied softly. "SHEN YAO LI WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN? I'VE BEEN CALLING YOU NONE STOP FOR THE PAST FOUR WEEKS! I EVEN TRIED CONTACTING THAT BRUTISH GIRL(revy) JUST TO REACH YOU! I CANT BELIEVE YOU'D BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW WORRIED I'VE BEEN?! DO YOU EVEN CARE THAT YOUR ACTIONS ARE GOING TO SEND ME INTO AN EARLY GRAVE?!!! DO YOU CARE THAT I'M GOING TO DIE WITHOUT EVEN SEEING MY GRANDCHILDREN?!!!!!" Came the roar of Mei's voice from over the phone. Shen pulled the phone away from his ear. He had honestly intended to call her...but had gotten distracted. He sighed and closed his eyes allowing his mother to finish yelling at him. He knew that once she used his full name he was in trouble. No doubt the people outside the appartment could hear the sound of voice. "M-Mother I.." Shen whispered, but was unable to get a word in so he simply listened while shaking his head.

"I dunno" She said with a shrug and tapped her head. How was she supposed to know what they had been living on when the furthest back she could remember was waking up with a sore battered body. "We can go out, but I dont know where the grocery store is" She said as she ran her fingers through her hair. "I'm sure we could always ask someone" she said simply

"Glad we see eye to eye." Shen smiled against her embrace. He kissed her one more time before he made his way into the kitchen. To his surprise...there wasn't much there to cook with. "Do you guys eat out every day???" Shen frowned. IF Kate was eating out then maybe now he understood why she thought she needed a diet. During the year they had been apart Shen's diet consisted mostly of noodles, fried beef, and beer. He hadn't gained much weight. Actually, he had lost a few pounds. "Hmm..we may have to go out again." Shen muttered. He didn't mind. He wanted to make Kate and her two roommates something nice.

"But, I've got so much chub" She said and lifted her shirt and poked at her flat stomach. She looked up at him and shook her head. "No, no, no" She said and wrapped her arms around him. "I love it when you hold me" She said softly. She smiled up at him. "Okay, no diet, just new clothes"She said.

"Eh?" Shen blinked. He looked down giving her body a once over. He liked her build. Also, he wasn't sure...but he could have sworn her chest had gone up a cup size during the year they had been apart. They certainly felt larger. "No." Shen frowned and lightly poked her in the nose with his index finger. "You're perfect as you are. IF you get any slimmer you'll break when I hold you." he smirked before sliding in closer and pressing his lips softly against hers again. "Or...could it be thats you goal? Do you want to keep me from holding you??" Shen smiled as her slowly ran his finger tips down the curves of her body.

Kathrine kept having to pull him along as he slowed down every now and then but she just laughed as he repeated his steps. When they got back she was setting his bags of clothes on the couch and looked over to him when he walked out, a soft blush crossing her cheeks. "Gods" She mumbled softly while looking him over. His body was practically sculpted. "Ah, that sounds great!" She said with a bright smile as she walked up to him. She ran her fingers down along his chest, admiring his build. "Hm...I think I'll start a diet" she said with a pout

"Ah yes. I think if I spend to much longer in these pants my circulation is going to cut off." Shen laughed along side her. The trip back home didn't take too long. Shen had actually slowed them down a bit just he could enjoy her smile a bit more. Once they got back, he stepped into her room to change. He came out sighing in relief. The wife beater he wore perfectly showed off the outline of his muscled chest. The best part was that he could breath too. "This feels sooooo much better." Shen smiled. His eyes then shifted towards the clock. "Hmm your roommates get back around 4? Shall I cook dinner for you all?"

Kathrine smiled as she managed to take two of the smaller bags. She looked up at him as he offered a reward and lightly blushed as she felt his lips on hers. She smiled up at him happily and the cashier just smiled. "You two look cute together" She said with a bright smile. "Thank you" Kathrine said happily before leading Shen back outside. "Lets get back so you can change into one of your outfits that fit" she chuckled softly
