"As I said, we dont plan on taking you son so long as we get Ms. Burrows back. As for her being raped, it is up to Mr. Burrows to decide weather or not to press charges against the offender since Kathrine is only sixteen." He said. "The girl comes with us, due to a contract or not, her legal guardian has his rights to bring her back home" The officer said, handing the papers back to Genzi. "False documents?" Genzi asked with a grin as he reached in his coat pocket. "Father!" Shen gasped and got up when KAte was pulled back over to her uncle. Genzi walked up to the police officer and handed a long sheet of paper with the seal of the Chinese embassy. "You wont touch my son. He is not an American citizen and is under the protection of the chinese government." Genzi stated, his eyes turning dark. "As for the girl, there were no false documents. She really is being treated at a special camp. However, due to 'certain' circumstances she needed to return to school for a day. My boy has placed a special interest in her. Its unfortunate but during her time at school she was attacked and raped. Shouldn't there be an investigation? Surely Mr Burrows knows this already." Genzi stated smiling cruelly at the man. "Release the girl and get the hell out of this apartment. This is private property. The moment you stepped onto this land you invaded chinese soil." Genzi announced. "You should be receiving a call from the president's aide. We chinese OWN your country. Dont ever forget that." Genzi stated, his eyes now shifting towards the arresting officer. The plan was bullet proof, but would only buy Shen a few days at the most.

Burrow's hit the ground hard. Kathrine froze when she saw Genzi, She tried to move but she trembled as he barked his order at her. Just then a police officer walked in. "Get off him kid!" He ordered. He didnt pull out his gun but gave the command. "My apologies, he got away from me while we were on our way up" The officer said. Kathrine's violet hues widened and she crawled behind Genzi, her hands gripping his pants as she hid her head against the back of his legs, her body trembling hard. "Due to falsifying her where abouts and faking a contract for a school, Mr. Burrow's has enough claim to have you arrested Mr. Li.....He is here for Ms. Burrows....He just wants her back, and he's willing to drop the charges" The officer said as he helped Burrow up who was glaring at Genzi for striking him like that. The officer walked up toward Genzi, reaching past him and grabbed Kathrine's wrist and pulled her. She slid past Genzi, reaching out, trying to grab him to keep from going back, tears and terror in her eyes as The officer forced her to stand and handed her over to Burrows.

What happened shocked both Shen and Genzi. The man was quick and before they knew it he was already dragging Kate down the steps. "Let her go!!!" Shen yelled, but was intercepted by his dad. Genzi rushed Mr. Burrows and drove his fist, knife hand style, into the man's throat. He then grabbed him and tossed him into the floor face first. His eyes hit kate with pure intensity. "Go back up stairs." he ordered. Shen jumped ontop of Burrows to keep him down. He had doubt that the man would be getting up anytime soon, but he wanted to make sure. Sighing, Genzi turned back to face Shen. "You see? This man found out where you lived. Somehow, he got past security too. Do you see what I'm talking about shen?" Genzi growled. "What do you want me to do?! I care too much about her. I cant just give her back! I wont!" She yelled. Genzi's right eye twitched. His eyes shot back upstairs towards Kate. The girl was more trouble then what she was worth in his opinion

Just then a loud knocking came to the door, almost like slamming before The door just flew open. Mr Burrow walked in. "Where is she!" He yelled. "Fucking lies, I should have you arrested for kidnapping" He sputtered. "KATHRINE!!!" He yelled. Upstairs Kathrine jumped. Mr. Burrow walked around the house. "Don't you dark fucking stop me, she's my niece, I'm taking her back" He growled. Kathrine fell off the bed making a thump up stairs. Mr. Burrow instantly ran to the stairs and up. He was fast! "G-get o-off me!!" Kathrine yelped as Mr. Burrow's gripped her wrist so tight his knuckles were turning white. "Your coming home where you belond you little fucking whore" He growled as he litterally dragged her down the stairs while she clawed at them, trying to keep him from pulling her

Genzi sat quietly. Shen had expected all out criticism and was shocked when he didn't receive it. "Son.." Genzi whispered and uncrossed his arms. "I'm sorry. No girl should have to experience that. I understand what you're trying to do, but you need to stop. This girl...she's beyond your help. You cant save her. All you're doing is setting her up for an even bigger fall. Not only that but you're hurting yourself." Genzi stated, Shen disagreed, but his father continued. "Does she know the whole story about Yoko? Does she know that after just two days you tried to walk off 40 foot building? Thats right. The confident teacher who can do anything tried to kill himself! Does she know? Shen, you are in no position to try and save her when you're damaged yourself." Genzi stated and rose his feet. "Return her. Cast her aside before you're disappointed again. Its a sad fate, but it has nothing to do with you. Do this Shen. Obey me for once in your life. Later on you'll see that you made the right choice. Your mother wont be able to live through another self attempt on your life.." Genzi replied softly, shocking less brutal then before. Shen sat with his back in the seat. He was dead quiet at that point, his brown eyes only half open

Kathrine slowly nodded as he kissed her cheek, closing her eyes as he did so. She glanced over at the food. She didnt feel hungry...she didnt want to eat....but...he asked her to. She took four bites of her pancakes and ate one stick of bacon before she rolled herself back up under the blankets. She looked at Shen's pilled and reached out, grabbing it and hugged it to her, burying her face in it, in his scent

"No problem." Shen replied softly. At least she had tried. That was all he could ask for really. "Lets not rush things though." he told her and pressed his warm lips against her cheek. "Just focus on recovering Kate. Thats all I'm concerned about. Thats all that matters." Shen insisted. Suddenly, the door bell rang. Shen already knew who was waiting too. "Sorry, I have to get it. Just stay here and dont get up unless you have to. Try to eat too so I can give you your shot." he told her with a small smile. When he arrived down stairs, Shen opened the front door allowing his father to come in. As usual, the older man glared at his son. He moved to sit on the couch and crossed his arms over his broad chest. "Whats all this about?" Genzi asked. Shen took his seat across from him. "I need advice...but you cant tell mom." he told him. Genzi let out a deep sigh. "Your mother is like a bloodhound. She has the ability to sniff out information. I cant make any promises.."

Kathrine nearly jumped off the bed when he felt someone sit beside her on the bed. Her hues trembled while looking at him before calming down as she processed that she was still safe, that it was only Shen. She slowly nodded while looking off to the side. She knew the tests would come up negative....if one thing her uncle was curtious to her about was only allowing clean men to have her....He constantly demanded doctors lab results of std tests so he could keep demanding a high price for her since she was clean. When he reached out to touch her cheek she closed her eyes and flinched away from him before opening her eyes and looking to him. "I-I'm s-sorry" She whimpered

After about 30 minutes Shen came up stairs. Unfortunately he hadn't been able to save the eggs so all he had for her were a few pancakes and some bacon. He walked over to her beside and placed the tray down on the night stand. "How are you feeling?" he asked and peeled the blankets back so he could see her face. "I'll be staying here with you today. I want to look after you. I also need to take look at the tests I ran last night." Shen replied softly and sat down. He had already made his call. His father would be here any moment and would most likely criticize him. "Can you eat?" Shen asked and reached out to gently stroke her cheek.

A loud noise from the frying pan woke Kathrine up with a start. She jumped, sitting up and looking around, her hues wide as she collected her surroundings. She let out a shaky breath and buried herself under the covers once again. The next day, Shen called in. There was no way he could go to work, not with Kate in the condition she was in. Shen was down stairs making a light breakfast. "Okay..." She said and pulled the blankets up a little. When he came back she took a breath as he slid under the covers. She turned onto her side and curled herself up against him, flinching at his embrace before relaxing in it. "Ok, just hold on a sec." Shen smiled and got up. He had to changed out of his soaked clothes. He came back in his robe and moved under the blankets snuggling into her. The day had been a long one. Kathrine curled up under the blankets when he pulled them over her. She closed her eyes as he kissed her forhead and watched him as he walked back into the bathroom. It took Shen about an hour to examine her. He apologized, but he had to be through. When he finished, he pulled the blankets over her body and kissed her on the forehead. "I'll be back." he whispered while grabbing the tab of paper he had been making notes on. He turned and walked into the bathroom going over his notes. "I'm going to give you some antibiotics to fight off infection. You'll take these once a day for the next few weeks. I'm running some test and should have the results within an hour. I'll watch over you." he smiled. Hopefully her body would be back to normal within a few weeks. Shen had no idea how long it was going to take her mind to recover tho

Kathrine's violet hues looked up at him as he told her to stop apologizing. She slowly stood as he helped her stand. She clung to the towel he wrapped around her and closed her eyes nodded. "I-I know...." She said. She wasnt going to go back...she refused to go back....she wasnt going back to the corrupt school again, it was just as she had feared, she had already gotten so used to Shen's kindness, that she had almost forgetten what her real life was like. She followed him to the room and just wanted to lay on the bed and go to sleep, and pray that this had all be a bad dream

"No no Kate. Dont you dare apologize. This was not your fault!" Shen stated firmly. His eyes narrowed sharply when she gave him the name. If he recalled, williams was the man she had asked him to never leave her around. "I'll take care of it." Shen whispered and lightly ran his hands through her hair. He had it shampooed it and cleaned it to the best of his ability. "Shh..come on." he whispered and stood her up while wrapping a towel around her body. "I know you're scared, but I'm going to take you into my room and examine you. I need to make sure that your body is ok. If need be..I might need to take you into a private office. Let me take care of you Kate. Its me. You can trust me. You know this."

Kathrine flinched as he asked for a name. She shook her head against him without saying a word, her arms merely tightening around him. "W......w-wi...ll.....iams...."
