Kathrine whined when he pulled away from her. A few minutes of his absence caused her to sit up, rubbing her eyes as she yawned, and looked around. She crawled to the edge of the bed, still half asleep, her hand slipped and she fell of the end of the bed with a hard thud. "Ow!" She yelped and sat up, rubbing her bruised breasts that she had fallen on

Sleep was impossible for Shen so he gave up on trying. He blinked feeling her cuddle into his back and looked over his shoulder. A small smile formed on his lips. This was a good sign even if she was sleeping. Shen stayed quietly by her side as the hours rolled on. It wasn't until he heard a knock on his door that he peeled himself away from Kate to go answer it. "Ah glad you're here." he smiled opening the door wider. His friend, a nerdy looking short blonde with huge glasses stepped in. "I'm surprised you called me. You hate asking for help.." she blinked. Shen laughed nodding. "Yeah well...this was an emergency." he stated, his laugh quickly fading. "I understand. Where is she?" he friend asked. Shen pointed up stairs and turned to lead the doctor up. "She's still sleeping. Let me wake her first so there are no surprises..."

Kathrine unlike Shen found sleep quickly. Her bod relaxed as she drifted off, her body instinctively rolling and cuddling up against him, her face burying into his back. Even though she was asleep she still craved his touch. She slept soundly for the next couple hours, not suffering from any nightmares for now.

"....sorry..." Shen apologized again. It looked like he had hurt her bit. He couldn't remember a time since they began sharing a bed that she ever laid with her back facing him. He didn't blame her though. All of this was Williams fault and partly Shen's for not protecting her like he had promised. Shen turned on his side so his own back was facing hers. He closed his eyes but there was no way he'd be able to sleep. His head was filled with concerns. His mother's plan and lack of what she had told him, made him nervous. If that wasn't bad enough he also had to worry about KAte's mental and physical state. There would be no point in sending her away if her mental state wasn't strong enough to handle her surroundings. To make it all worse, Shen only had two days to decide what he was going to do.

She was once again tense in his arms, now having remnded herself just how much pain she was in. She winced as he hugged her and pushed her hands against his chest. "Sure..." She muttered as she slowly laid down. She closed her eyes, her back facing him as she tried to work on clocking out the pain of her body all over again. She knew he was worried about her, but sometimes his over protectiveness was too much when it made her break her usual way of doing things

Shen sat back quietly. His brow raised and his eyes widened. He saw the rage within her eyes, he felt the poison of her words. He could only listen though. What could he say to make it better? What could he do to erase what she had gone through? When her timidness began to set in Shen wrapped his arms tightly around her body bringing her into his chest. "I'm sorry." he whispered and nuzzled his nose into her neck. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't had lectured you. I should have been more thoughtful. I just..." Shen began, but sighed and shook his head. "Well its not important I suppose. Why dont we rest? You'll wanna have a little strength for when my friend gets here."

Kathrine lowered her head as he scolded her. She looked up at him without saying a word as he went on about her hiding the fact that she had been in pain the whole time she had been up and walked around. "Gee I wonder, probably everywhere that fucker left a bruise on me" She growled, becoming defensive now after his scolding her. "My head hurts where he yanks my hair, by mouth and cheeks hurt from when he shoved his dick into my mouth, the claw marks down my back and sides, my shoulders where he kept a hold of me, my arms, my wrists, my hips, my ass, my thighs, my vagina hurts like hell since he fucked me while I was completely dry since I dont have a normal body reaction to sex" She growled, listing off everything that hurt on her body. "My pride, not being able to fight that fucker off, my mental state because he forced me to submitt to him when I didnt want to....he reminded me just how week I am and enjoyed doing it" She whimpered as tears came to her eyes, the hiss in her voice vanishing as timidness replaced it again

"What?" Shen blinked and swiftly turned her so she was facing him. "Why didn't you tell me?! If you were feeling that way I would have had you stay in bed. I certainly wouldn't have let you do the dishes." he frowned, feeling just a little bit annoyed now. "Kate I need you to be honest with how you're feeling at all times. I understand you wanna block it out. I get it. But, we're talking about your health. Its a primary concern of mine." Shen stated and paused to let out a deep breath. He needed to cool down just a bit now. "Is it your entire body that hurts or just one area?"

She closed her eye as he kissed her cheek. "Hm... I've just been blocking it out for the most part... each step I take feels like I'm getting hit with a metal pipe..." She muttered. Her whole body ached, when ever Williams got done with her she was sore for at least a week... She looked down while rubbing her bruised lips. She knew he didnt care...but she still hated being seen in such a state

Shen shook his head slowly. "What I'm giving you is a special blend. If we switch to pills you'll be on them for the next 3 to 4 months instead of just one." he explained. "But like I said, depending on what the doctor says you might not need to stay on them for that long. Its just to insure that infection doesn't spread. Its a necessary precaution." he replied softly and pressed his lips against her cheek. He didn't care how dirty she thought she was, he still cared deeply for her. "How are you feeling by the way? Is this any soreness when you walk or stand?"

She glared at him as he teased her further and turned her head wehn he told her to. She winced feeling the needle and pulled her arm away and rubbed it as he pulled her into his lap. "What do you mean for a month or so! Thats way to long, isnt there some kind of pill I can take instead?" She asked while looking up at him with a pout. She hated needles...

"Of course we do. Its written in the code." Shen grinned and laughed softly. He gently took hold of her arm positioning it. "Turn your head." he instructed white he dabbed some alcohol over a small spot on her arm. Within seconds she'd feel a tiny prick. After that Shen had already thrown away the needle and was done. "There we go. See, you didnt even bleed." he smiled and pulled her body into his lap. "Depending on what my friend says you should only have to take these shots for maybe a month or so."

Kathrine had crawled into the bed and was hiding under the covers. When he came up she groaned as she heard the snapping of his med kit. She sat up, letting the blankets fall from her shoulders and glared at the needle as he sat next to her. "I think doctors secretly enjoying giving people shots...."She growled lightly

"Thank you..." Shen sighed deeply. He looked up watching her head up the stairs and whipped out his phone. After a quick call he headed upstairs after her. "My friend will be here in about 4 hours. Thats plenty of time for us to get in a nap." Shen smiled and walked over towards the med kit that he kept on his dresser. He pulled out a clean needle and filled the insides with the antibiotics he had been treating her with since yesterday. "Now, take a seat on the bed please. I know you dont like needles so I'll make this quick."

She looked off to the side as he took hold of her shoulders. Her hues didnt meet his as he explained himself for wanting someone to come and look at her....that she wouldnt be judged... she was battered and bruised, even ehr mouth and bruises from how Williams had forced her to suck him off. She closed her eyes and pulled away again, turning her back to him. "Fine...." She muttered and started up the stairs

"No No...what I meant was..." Shen stated while pressing his palm to his head. "Yes I'm an expert, but I didn't specialize in treating the vagina. I know someone who has and she'll be able to check you more thoroughly" Shen explained. When she backed away, he moved forward and placed his hands on her shoulders. "Kate I can promise that you wont be judged. This is what she does. She's treated many girls who have gone through very similar experiences. This isn't to fix you. This is to make sure that you're going to be ok. Please Kate..its important to me. I wouldn't ask if I didn't think it was necessary. " he replied softly.

Kathrine looked up at him as he reminded her about the shot. "Not an expert? Your a doctor arent you?" She asked while looking up at him. Her hues became distant as he asked to bring a friend in and she stepped away from him. "No" She said while holding herself. "It's bad enough...that you know the truth...I dont want people to pity me....to look at me....like im something broken that needs fixing..." She said quietly

Shen had to take a few breaths to relax himself. He gazed down at her, his brown eyes softening as she nuzzled her head into his chest. His strong arms came to wrap around her body holding her close. "Yes, but first I need to give you your shot." he whispered and pulled away. "I'd feel better if you'd let me bring someone in to examine you. I didn't find anything too bad...but I'm not an expert. Let make a call to a friend Kate. I wanna make sure that you're ok and wont need surgery."

Kathrine washed and rinsed all the dishes before she started to dry them and put them away. She shut off the water and wiped her hands with a cloth before looking to Shen. "Should we nap?" She asked softly with a small tilt of her head as she ran her hands up along his arms before stepping into him, so her body pressed against his as she wrapped her arms around his body and nuzzled her face into his chest

Shen happily agreed and moved into the living room once he was done eating. The day had been such a long one and he hadn't gotten much sleep. He laid down on the couch and closed his eyes just for a moment. It wasn't long before he fell alseep, but was soon awaken by the sound of her putting the dishes away. Shen's body bolted up from the couch. Even he was a little jumpy after her uncle had barged in. His eyes scanned the entire room and after a minute finally came back to her.

"I know...I'm just....happy" She said softly as he turned to face her. She looked up at him as he smiled. She wondered if her uncle would leave her alone if she managed to run so far away. She took her plate and smiled. "Thank you" She said and started to eat while leaning on the counter once again. When she finished she offered to do the dishes, she started up the water and took started to wash the dishes from that morning and now

Shen was just about finished with her eggs. He had made them both some since he too was feeling a little on the hungry side. He hadn't ate since he had brought her back from the park. Feeling her arms wrap around him, Shen blinked and looked over his shoulder. "Kate?" he asked and stopped what he was doing. Was she still worried? He turned around placing his hands on her shoulders and offered her one of his genuine smiles. "You'll be fine. We'll both be fine." he assured her. "And...maybe...I'll get a chance to claim you again before I send you to new york. If we dont get the chance...well...there's always next time." he told her and turned back around to take eggs off the fire before they burned. He divided up the portions and placed them both on two plates near the stove. "Dig in.":

She nodded when he brought up making her meal again and leaned against the counter once again. As he started to cook she watched him, wondering how many more trials they would have t go through before their goals were met. As he fixed her eggs she walked up and wrapped her arms around him, nuzzling her head into his back without a word

"Of course Kate." Shen replied softly. When she smiled, his eyes brightened. He didn't think that he'd see her smile for a while. "Yes I'll make sure that you're never too far away." Shen whispered. He closed his eyes hugging her as if she were about to go on a very long trip. They were both damaged, both broken. Shen needed Kate just as much as she needed him, maybe even more. It was one of the reasons he had been so passionate about helping her even when she refused to take it. "Now..." Shen smiled and pulled away from her. "How about those eggs hm? We can hug later." he laughed and turned to grab a pan from under the cabinet.

She was starting to wonder when he started needing her just as much as she needed him... She sighed softly and nodded. "Alright...But I plan on paying you back for everything expense wise...so keep any and all receipts" She said. She moved her hand to his cheek and lightly smiled. "I'll always be where you can reach me....I'll always regain my sanity even if I seem completely broken so long as your around" She said softly and hugged him
