Fire & Ice II: Age of Rebirth(private/mature/continued)

Soara glared at Kim. "Or i could kick your ass!" She hissed. Seeing the gem her eyes widened. She needed it so bad but she didnt trust him. "Give it to me now!" She demanded. Kora allowed Titus to move her as she was still so upset and numb. Soara looked at her brothern. "Titus dont..." she pleaded with him knowing that he would lose this fight. Kim was more prepared and had back up.

"Sorry my darling pup, but no can do. I'll make you a deal tho, if you take your top off and show me those knockers of yours I might just give you this." The dragon stated with a perverted grin. He stuck his tongue out at Soara revealing small gem fragment he was keeping in his mouth. Noel's bright blue eyes had lost their luster. He gripped the earth beneath him. All the graves he had dug were gone and the bodies were no where to be seen. He looked up at Kim, his eyes turning into dark void like swirls of nothingness. "Thats it." Titus yelled and pulled Kora back so she'd be out of the way. "I'm going to kill you." he declared and flexed his claws. Kim pulled his tongue back into his jaws and let out a cruel laugh.

Soara walked up to Kim "Put it back it isnt yours!" She snarled in his face. The sight made her so mad she wanted to scream. There wasno hance t save their father and now Noel and Kora had lost what remained of their home. Kora walked closer to the hole and felt more tears sting her eyes. Every last thing was gone.

Noel fell to his knees. All he could see that was left of the village was a very, very deep hole that went down for miles and miles. The dragons had pulled something out of the ground. Kim stepped forward admiring the work. "We were digging for buried treasure!" Kim exclaimed and pointed to the empty space in Noel's pendant. "We found a biggin. Its being hauled back to the Empire as we speak."

Ooc: you're good i am at a away camp thats why i am posting so late at night you're fine.

Soara saw Noel burst forward and ra after him not sure what Kim would do. She stopped however when her ees. Met the site Noel's did. She turned to Kim. "What did you do!?" She screamed at him. Kora who had been staying behind Titus stepped forward. Walking to the other two she saw her hom destroyed even more. She felt tears come to her eyes asshe stared at the desolent land before her.

ic: "You mean you dont know? Really..your dad sucks at teaching. What was his name? Last I saw he could barely sit up..." Kim smiled. Titus let out a vicious snarl. Noel's eyes narrowed at Soara. Kim seemed distracted so he bolted forward. When he got past the tree line, his blue eyes shot wide open. There were nothing left of the village. There were no ruins, no graves, nothing.

"Its been fifteen years of coursei've grown." Soara snapped back. The more Kim ran his mouth the morese anted to beat the shit ou of him. Her eyes sifted to Titus as he yelled at the dragon. It was wolf territory as far as they knew. Howver Kim didntseem to know the same thing. "What are you alking about!?" Soara demanded taing a step forward. When Noel spoke se shot him a look. "Noel please dont.l she whispered.

"Well my darling pup, when you go sticking your nose where it doesn't belong you're bound to find people you do not wish to see." the dragon chuckled. He eyed Soara giving her body a very long once over. "Mmm you've done some growing." he purred and then shifted his gaze over to Titus. "And you my boy have become more handsome. I'm curious tho, where is my other little pup? You know, my favorite?" Kim asked and began to search the trees. "Shut up!!" Titus roared. He stood up over Kora and flexed his claws. "This is still wolf territory you have no right to be here!!!" he yelled. Kim looked at him, laughing hard, which further infuriated Titus. "Someone didn't study his world map." Kim taunted. "You see my dear pups." he grinned and stretched his hands out as wide as he could. "Just because one wolf drew the lines for your territory doesn't mean that you automatically received all the land you wanted. This particular spot just happens to be contested territory, land that has been fought over. It just so happens that until lately the Empire has no use for this land so we've left it alone. Technically, we have every right to be here." Kim chuckled. Noel didn't understand what was going on either, but the fact that Kim was stopping him from seeing what was going on in the village couldn't have been good. "What are you lizards doing down there?" he asked and reached back to grab his swords. "I could ask you the same, human. Why have you brought my cute little pups to MY playground?"

Soara fell to the side barely missing the flames. Standing she slowly moved into the open facing Kim. "Long time no see. I thought i had another 3 years without you. I guess i waswrong" she crossed herarms over herchest. She was doing her best to act brave but she was scared of Kim. Kora yelped as the fire ran through the clearing. She didnt understand what was happening here.

"Shut up and get down!!!" Noel whispered. Titus glared down at him. He wouldn't take orders from a human. Suddenly, he felt it. The hair's on the back of Titus' neck stood straight up. He grabbed hold of Kora's body and jumped off to the side just in time to dodge a massive blast of dragon's fire which scorched everything in its path. Noel had did same and grabbed Soara. He looked up from the ground cursing under his breath. "Well Well what have we here?" came the irritating sound of a familiar voice. IT was Kim, the dragon who had nearly turned the throne room into a grave yard 17 years ago. He stood where the tree had been still dressed in his white suit and matching hat. "Why if it isn't my darling pups." he giggled. Titus' ears pinned back against his head. He stared at the dragon and rage instantly flooded his body. "You.."

Soara was enjoying the walk until Noel pulled her aside. "Whats happening?" She asked peeking around thetree. The smell hit her and she frowned. "Oh god no..." she whispered. When Noel told her to stay silent she nodded "you too." She requested. Titus's glares made Kora tear up but she looked away in a effort to hide them. "I am just reminding you..." she sniffed.

Noal walked beside her, his hand in hers. Suddenly, his body froze. He pulled Soara behind a tall tree. "The village is just a little bit from here." he whispered and peeked out from behind the tree. There were people and allot of them! Noel squinted a bit. Some of the people had horns. No they weren't people at all. They were demons, tho he didn't know what kind. "Why so many?" he blinked and looked back at Soara. "No matter what dont make a sound." Meanwhile, Titus continued walking. He looked at Kora and his gaze became colder. He had completely forgotten about what Yugo had said. "Father wont turn me away...not if I have what he needs.." he whispered. When they finally did catch up with Soara and noel, Titus crossed his arms over his chest. "What are you two doing now?" he asked, his ears twitching slightly. It was then that a familiar scent filled his nose. He smelled dragons...and lots of them.

Soara smiled slowly pulling back. Sh wrapped hrfingers around his as they started towards the village. Maybe things would get better. She ddnt need Titus she had Noel now. Kora felt her stomach drop at Titus's glare. "I am positive that your father sent you both to work together and fix your relationship. But you arent doing tha you're both making it worse." She paused. "He said come back together or dont come back..."

"You're welcome." Noel smiled. It was weird. He normally wasn't this nice, but he had felt the need to do whatever he could to help Soara feel a little better. Maybe it really was possible for a demon and human to have feelings for eachother. "Lets go." he smiled taking her hand, his bright blue eyes shining like they always did. Meanwhile, titus glared at Kora coldly. "Stop saying that." he warned her. "My promise was based on her getting me out. She wanted me to beg for it. That voided our deal. 'She' didn't get me out. That annoying human did. Why cant you see that?" Titus asked and shook his head. "I dont need her. The only reason dad sent her was to increase our chances of finding the gem."

Soara looked around alarmed by his demand to stop. "Whats going on?l she asked but wasinterupted by the feel of his hot lips on her own. Puling back she smiled "thank you..." she whispered kissing him one more time. Kora rolled her eyes at Titus. "No there isnt and you're supposed to work together you know. Not to mention you broke your promise back there." She pointed out and started off. At his question she shrugge. "I know the general area yes."

"Stop for a sec." Noel whispered lightly grabbing her arm. He pulled her into his body and pressed his lips softly against hers to distract her from the chaos that came with family. He pulled back gently taking her chin in his hands. "Its gonna be ok. I'll take you to the village and if there's anything worth finding you'll get it just so you can stick it to your brother." he smiled. Meanwhile, Titus slumped over. There had to be another way. "Fine." he finally sighed. "I guess we'll just follow them at a distance. As soon as we see the village tho we'll pass them and start looking." he stated, but then paused for a moment blinking at Kora. "You do know where to look right?"

Soara cntinued to walk off away from hr brother and Kora. Hearing Noel she looked over "how so?" She asked curiously. She was still fuming over the way her brother had been. "I'm not okay..." she whispered. Titus's words really got under her skin. Kora looked at Titus and frowned. "The same way they went..." she muttered.

"Whatever! Just go! I dont need you and I never did!!!!" Titus roared out. Noel let out a low huff and followed after Soara. Unfortunately, she'd have to deal with Titus some more since they would be going in the exact same direction. "You ok?" he asked softly, rubbing his shoulder against hers. Yea, he hated Titus, but he didn't enjoy the way Soara and him...communicated. "Perhaps this is my fault.." he whispered. Meanwhile, Titus slamming his fist right into a tree burning a hole through it. His eyes shifted over to kora who had been pretty silent. "Which way?"

Soara stared at him pushing him awa from her as he got in her face. "Why would i help you!? You said you'd kill me if i didnt how is that different from me asing you to simply ask nicely. Just because Noel is a human doesnt mea you need to treat him like drt. I am nice to Kora. And you didnt want to let it go you njoy torturing me!" She hissed. When noe didnt answer she turned and stalked off. "Lets go. Last time i help him out. And by the wa if i find the cure or you do its no differet. You slowed me down from finding it by gettingcaught in that trap."

"No! I asked you to get me out. I offered to put everything behind us and what was your reply? 'Beg for it, please Titus' " he spat mocking her voice. "You blew your chance. You could have helped me right then and there, but you decided to take your humans side. You always do this. You always betray your family! Mom and dad treated you like you were the golden child, like you could do no wrong. Yet, each and every time one of us has needed you, you've stabbed one of us in the back!" Titus hissed and turned towards his sister. He was practically screaming in her face. "I wanted to put everything behind us.." Titus whispered, his tone lowering dramatically. "I wanted to go back to a 'normal' relationship...and you said, 'just beg Titus'. No we're finished. When I get home I'll give dad a full report on just how utterly useless you are. Maybe after that I wont have to deal with you anymore." he hissed and spat at her feet. He turned to noel, his eyes blazing. "Are there anymore of your traps out there?" he asked. Noel crossed his arms over his chest. As Titus stared at him, he stared right back. The hybrid was crazy if he thought that he'd be getting any information from him. Titus balled his hands into fists. He let out a low terrifying hiss. For too long, Noel had come between him and finding a cure for Yugo. It was about time to put the human back into his proper place..

soara gave Noel a thankful smile but it faded as she was knocked backwards by Titus. "I got you out like you ased! I knew you were lying!" She hissed. When he punched her in the face her eyes watered. "You fucking assole! You are a...you know what forget it. You're not even woth it. I am so sick of you and your blaming me. Its not like you were even nice to me before this all happened. In fact...you've never said a single nice thing to me. I saved you and you sad you'd stop but you ddnt so you're a liar." She slowly stood up. Kora took Titu's hand and looked at Soara frownin. "Titus you did promise..."

"REally? You're not his trained poodle? Could of fooled me." Titus spat and dropped down to the bottom of the cage. Noel stared at Soara for a good three minutes. Sighing, he walked over the trunk of a wide oak tree. Hidden under the bark was the lever that needed to be pulled. The moment he pulled it, the top to the cage sprang backwards! Titus jumped out nailing Soara in chest with a kick and pinned her into the ground. "I gave you a chance to end this fight we've been having for the past 17 years and you spat in my face. Once again, you took the side of a traitor. If we're too late to save dad I swear I'll execute your sorry ass right there in front of everyone!" Titus hissed and cocked his fist back punching his sister in the face. "Thats enough." Noel barked. He eyed titus while reaching for his weapons. "Dont start. I'm already pissed enough." Titus warned him. He got off of Soara and walked over to the cage to give Kora a hand in getting out of the hole. Meanwhile Noel ran over to Soara's side to make sure that she was ok

Soara stared down at Titus and shook her head. "And I am supposed to believe that you'll stop insulting me if I get you out?" she growled. Looking at Noel she frowned. "I am NO ONE's pet! You better watch it! I don't even want to help you." she snapped. "Just tell me where the lever is so he can get out and we can get away from him. Please."

"Wow.." Titus blinked. He stared up at Soara in pure shock. "I offer to leave you alone and cut you some slack...and this is the thanks I get? You know what, maybe he's not your pet. Maybe you're his." Titus spat. "Yeah I can see it now. You follow his orders and shake your tail for him when he asks. You preform tricks for his entertainment and when you've been a good girl he rewards you by petting you right?" Titus growled and jumped up jamming his claws into the steel roof the best he could. "Get me out of here Soara. I'm warning you. We dont have time for this! Dad could be seconds away from dying! If that human wont tell you where the lever is beat the shit out of him until he does!!!"

Soara could tell what Noel wanted. "Titus...just do it now! It's the only way I can help you. Maybe if you hadn't been such an arrogant asshole to Noel he wouldn't make you do this." she snapped. She crossed her arms looking down at her trapped brother.
