Fire & Ice II: Age of Rebirth(private/mature/continued)

Soara kneeled down looking through the dirt but found nothing. Slowly standing she wiped her hands off before walking towards Ama's stairs. Walking down them she joined Ama in searching the crater. If they didnt find anything she want sure what she would do.

Ama peered down into the depths of the crater. They had already wasted enough time. The mission was suppose to take three days. They had went over by two. For all she knew Yugo was dead already. Her hues narrowed as she clapped her hands and pressed them down into the earth. A series of earth like stairs formed out of the wall of the crater going all the way down to the bottom. Ama slowly began to walk down the steps, her eyes scanning the interior of the crater. Titus like Soara, wasn't having much luck. He could find anything that could look like it came off a gem. Then again, he really wasn't sure what something like that would look like anyway.

Arriving at the village Sora hid with her cousin behind the pillar. Once she gave the okay she started forward. The hole was a sight to behold. Looking down her mouth dropped a little. She noddedslowly at ama's instructions before looking around the crater for anything that could help. So far she wasnt having any luck. Though she couldnt see the dragons making it easy.

Yes, Titus still hated Soara. Deep inside he really wanted things to go back to normal but he feared it was far too late for that. Ama on the other hand technically didn't hate either of her cousins. She was simply tired of their fighting and how it always got in the way of their missions, their current situation proof. When they reached the village Ama crept low behind one of the few stone pillars that had been left. She peeked out eyeing their surroundings while sniffing the air. "The dragons should be gone, but stay alert." she ordered. Titus nodded and followed her out from behind the pillar. Thats when he got an up close view of the hole that went down...forty...maybe sixty feet down into the earth. "What the hell did they pull up?" Titus blinked. "Something very important." Ama frowned before turning to her cousins. "Start looking around the edges of the hole. Look for shards, anything we can save. Be sure not to fall in."

Soara looked up at her brother glaring. "Its the truth and you know it! They know you hate me as much as i do." She hissed. She stopped as Ama intervened. She didnt say a word merely scowled and continued to hang back from Titus. She couldnt stand being hated by everyone anymore it was driving her crazy.

"Seriously?" Titus hissed. He had just fought back to urge to tear her a new one and here she was starting shit. He turned, ready to blast his sister, but Ama was one step ahead. She stepped inbetween them pushing them roughly. "Enough!" She hissed violently. "I didn't come here to deal with this shit, not now! All I want is to save uncle Yu-san. If either of you cant shut up until we do then you BOTH can be back to your humans! I'm done. I'm not dealing with it anymore. You two are no longer children. You're both grown. And no, I dont give a fuck about who started it. This petty fight ends right fucking now!!!" Ama yelled out, louder then she probably should have. Titus' ears pinned back. He didn't like being yelled at, but there wasn't much he could do since Ama out ranked him and she had been put in charge apparently. "Fine." he muttered and started walking to put some distance between Soara and him.

Soara walked slightly behind the other two. Neither of them cared much for her and she knew it. Sometimes her mind would travel back to when they had been close, back to that tickle fight at dinner, or when her and Ama took Titus's towel when he was showering. Things werent like that anymore though. At the mention of her name she looked up. A growl lefther lips at that. She could take care of herself. "More like they thought Titus was going to kill me." Sh snapped.

The trip back towards the village was a silent one. Ama's mind was on the mission and Titus didn't have much to say. Tho now that he was staring at Ama's back there was something he wanted to ask. "So..how long exactly have you been here?" he asked. Ama looked back at her cousin with a side glance. "Since Soara left home. I was ordered to make sure that the human she was with didn't kill her." Ama stated, still refusing to use Noel's name. Titus nodded. Oh, how it easy it would have been tear Soara down after hearing that. He was almost tempted to. He'd say something like, 'so mom and dad never believed in you'. He held his tongue tho and shifted his gaze off to the side. "What if we cant find anything?" he asked softly. Hearing his question, Ama's ears pinned back. "We have to. We need Uncle Yu-san...and I also want to cure my father from his madness."

Soara sighed runnin a hand through her hair. She ddnt want to b alone with her couins. She hadnt been completely alone with them in awhile. Kora lookedat Noel uncomfortably. At the mention of meds she sighed. Standingshewalked over and grabbed a kit tossing it on the other couch. The kit contained standard first air things and plenty of medicines.

Ama was already out the door when Soara had told her not to be so rude. Noel took a few steps back watching Soara leave. His blue eyes shifted over towards Kora, but only for a moment. His body was hurting all over, but he still wanted to go with them. "Do you keep any meds here?" he asked her. His eyes then zoomed in on the dagger she was keeping on her hip. "Is that for me?" he smirked giving her a soft laugh. "It may have been my intention to kill you, but there's little point in doing so since my...our home has already been found. Besides, I'm not in the condition to invoke the wrath of your idiot."

Kora smiled at him before taking the dagger. "Thanks." She whispered. She hoped that she wouldnt have to use it at all. Though Noel was super unpredicatable as he had prove. She walked out of the room retrning his kiss. She took a seat on the couch waiting.

"Its....not slowing us down really..." Sora looked away nervously. "Its more....that you are to unpredicatabl and emotional in this. Maybe after you've healed and calmed down..." she stoppd as Ama yelled. She steppe back as Noel let her go. She did not want to deal with this. "Ama calm down no need to be so rude." Sh snapped. "Please stay put." Soara whispered kissing his cheek before running out the door. Kora then locked it behind them.

"Thanks." Titus smiled, tho only slightly. "Oh by the way, if Noel gives you any problems jab him with this between the ribs." Titus stated as he handed her a dagger. He was serious too. He walked up to Kora giving her one more kiss goodbye before he walked out into the main room. He saw Noel holding Soara, but didn't say anything. He simply leaned up against the wall and crossed his arms over his chest.

"I'd rather go. I want to see what I dont remember." Noel told her. Hearing her brother come in, Noel's hands dropped slightly. "I want to see with my own eyes whats left of my home. I wont slow you down." he promised. "Absolutely fucking not." came the sound of Ama's voice. She had recovered just enough to be able to move quickly but she still looked like she had just had the crap beaten out of her. "You've done enough. What we're doing doesn't concern you." she frowned. Noel turned releasing Soara from his embrace. "Its my home." Noel spat. "Dont care." Ama shot back as she shifted her weight to her right side. Her eyes shifted between her cousins. "We're moving out. Lets go."

"I bet you are." Kora replied seductively. She sighed in disappointment as he stood up from the bed. Slowly she stood as well. "Right well I hope you find something." she looked at him noticing his mood drop. "Things will turn out I promise." she whispered.

Soara didn't fight him when he pulled her closer. The feel of his warm hand on her cheek made her smile. She could never get enough of his touch it seemed. She slowly pulled back from the kiss and sighed. "I have to go soon. You have to stay here though you're too injured. Kora I think is staying behind with you."

"Ooooh now I'm tempted to stay and find out." Titus laughed. He leaned in giving Kora one more kiss before he pulled back from the bed and stood up straight. "Of course I'll come back. We're only going to see if we can..I dont know, find some scraps of the jewel or anything we can use to get my dad back on his feet. We're going to have a hard time down the road if he dies." Titus replied softly. The bright smile that had been painted on his lips suddenly began to fade.

Noel was actually very serious. He had never thought it possible to care for any demon the way he cared for Soara. He wanted to see where these feelings would take the both of them. As she closed the distance between their lips his smile widened. He had just barely dodged the bullet, but he knew it would probably still take some time for her to completely forgive him. Noel's arms wrapped around her waist as much as he could without straining his body. He moaned softly against her icy warm lips as he slid a hand up to gently caress her cheek.

Tius's comment made Kora laugh. "Bad girl huh? If you didnt have to leave i could show you just how bad i can be." She smiled slyly. She sat up as he did looking into his eyes. She had almost forgotten her promise to stay behind. "Of course i almost forgot." She replied. his warm tongue on her fingertips made her sgh in pleasure. "You better come back."

Turning in his arms to help him with the effort she looked at him. Listening as h spoke. She wasn't sure if he was offfering the boyfriend role as a quick fix or not. Her breath caught in her throat as his lips we ainch from her own. His hot breath danced acrossed her lips. Damn, she thouht. Throwing her arms around his neck she closed the ditance between their lips.

"You're such a bad girl.." Titus chuckled softly. He leaned down nuzzling his nose into her neck further spreading his scent over her. "And you I mean I have to go. You said you'd stay here remember?" he asked. Titus sat up a bit. His hands gently grasped her own as he leaned forward licking her finger tips. His tongue was pretty flexible and longer than a normal human's. It had the potential to do some rather...amazing things. "Promise me you wont leave here." Titus whispered. "As soon as we're done we'll come back to get you. I dont care how much of a rush Ama is in. Well...I do...but I'll come back for you anyway."

Noel turned her around. His body was still aching so holding her was about the only thing he could do at the moment. He looked deep into her grey hues giving her a nod. "But only if you can forgive me for attacking you." he whispered softly. His body leaned forward a bit bringing his lips within inches of her own. Rather than kissing her tho, he stopped there. His bright blue eyes were staring intently into her own. "Just think it over yea? if not..I'm fine with whatever you want. But, now that you've got me thinking about this boyfriend role I really wouldn't mind."

Kora felt Titus's hands begin to move around her body reeing her own arms. Reaching up she wrapped her arms around hi neck. "Mmmm...." she moaned grinding her own hips into his. She sloly pulled away. "We have to leave soon...." she whispered. She wanted to continued but knew they had to leave.

Leain back into his hold Soara sighed as he continued to nip her ear. At the mention of the word boyfriend she frowned. She hadnt even realized. "Did i use that word? I'm..." she paued when he didnt seem upset by the word. "I mean...i could consider...." she stumbled over her wordsblushing deeply. "Are you really?" She askd with a small smile.

Titus laughed giving her a nod as he took her pinky and shook on it. His eyes widened tho as her felt her legs wrap around his waist forcing their bodies to grind into each other. His ears began to twitch. He closed his eyes capturing her lips again in a very heated kiss. His hands left her wrist and gently caressed the sides of her cheek. Muffled purrs before to leave his lips. He couldn't began to describe the sensations that were running through his body. All he knew was that every time she kissed he found himself wanting more, much more from her.

"I understand." Noel whispered against her ear, nipping it in just the right place. His breath was nice and warm, relaxing to the touch. "But while you're here...about this boyfriend thing." he replied softly. His arms tightened around her waist bringing her back more into his muscled chest. "If you could find it in your heart to forgive me..I wouldn't mind. I mean, you'd be my first demon girlfriend so..I'm sure the road would be a bit rocky. But, I'd be willing to walk down it with you."

"Oh most defenitely sir." Kora grinned. "Pinky promie?" Sheteased extending her pinky. A wave of pue bliss crashed over her as his lips connected with her own. They still hadnt really defined the relationship bu they were more than friends. She wrapped her legs around his waist pulling him coser to her.

Soara was too confused right now. She couldnt just forgive him could she no, but se could accep his apology. Feeling his arm around her she flinched. Feeing his lips on her ear she shuddered. She couldnt help but enjoy it. "I forgive you but you have to give me time...."

"So we agree?" Titus grinned. His face flushed a little as she kissed him. No matter how many times they did it his heart would beat like crazy. He leaned down pressing his lips to hers in an even deeper kiss. He wasn't sure if this meant they were dating or not. I knew that they certainly weren't mates...even tho they had already mated. "This is so confusing.." Titus thought to himself. He tried blocking out the complicated bits tho wanting to enjoy Kora's lips while he had the chance.

Noel's bright blue eyes gazed up at her back. "ITs not that I dont care...I just find it hard to believe. That and, I dont remember..so its even harder to believe." He explained. Slowly, he rose up to his feet. He had to catch his balance a few times, but he was able to walk up behind soara and gently wrap his arms around her body. "I'm sorry. If..I did lose control and if I did endanger your life..you must forgive me. I would never do it intentionally." Noel explained. He leaned into her back gently pressing his lips against one of her ears. He had already found out that they were one of the more sensitive spots on her body. "Really..I'm sorry."

His warm lickes made Kora shiver. She looked up at him as he sa up. "I would love for you to be mine. However i dont share either." She replied. She leaned up a bit placing a soft kiss on his lips before falling back due to her pinned arms. Koa smiled asshe heard the soft thump of his tail it the mattress.

The word had slipped out of her mouth befre she hd thought about it. Even now she didntrealize she had used the word. Whn he began to try and explain himself she frowned. "Well hate to brea it to you but you did and i could have died. If i were human i prbably would have. Not that it bothers you!" She sapped turing away from him.

"Of course its ok. Like I said, I dont share well." Titus whispered against her lips. He moved them softly down her cheek. His warm kisses were followed up by swift licks from his tongue. "I want to be yours too." Titus whispered, tho it came out as a soft purr. "Unless.." he smirked while sitting up a bit. His claws were still pinning her arms down. "You like to share to your things. Do you?" he asked, giving her a small grin while his tail continued to wag slowly behind him.

"Boyfriend??" Noel blinked. Were they like that? He wasn't sure, but maybe they were. He new that he certainly cared a great deal for Soara, but they hadn't really talked about a relationship. The fact that she had called him her boyfriend kinda shocked him and made it hard to focus on the rest of what she was saying. He placed his hand to his head trying to make sense of it all. "I wont deny that there's allot of anger inside of me." he replied calmly. "If I encountered this...Kim...who was defiling my village there is certainly a chance that I might lose it. However, I've never been the reckless type. Well..." he paused, thinking a bit. "Reckless yes, but not careless. There's a difference. I cant see myself taking you out with a grenade just to kill my enemy.,"

Kora laughed as he pounced on top of her. "Well if tats okay with you i'm more than happy to be yours." She grinned. His commentmade her smile "i'm sure you arent..." she whispered. Returning his kisss she ran his hands throuh his hair. God she loved him so much.

Soara stood glaring down at Noel. "Oh i'm sorry i'm emotional because my boyfirend tried to kill me!" She hised. "If you cant rememberhow can i expect you to not do that in a fight with me?" She asked. Sighing she paused deciding to explain. "I was fighting Kim the demon to protect your village and you threw a grenade while i was partially underground. It sent rocks piercing through my body and finally i hit a tree. And you didnt even glance at me or ask if i was okay."

Titus looked up at her with impish eyes. They shared an interesting connection. He was just about to ask if she was his, but she had beat him to the punch. Suddenly, he jumped up pouncing on her just like a cat would. "So you're mine hmm?" he grinned, his tail wagging slowly behind him. "Thats good..because I've never been good at sharing." Titus chuckled. He lowered his warm lips to her kissing her deeply. His fangs lightly nibbled on her bottom lip before pulling back, but only a little.

"You're not making any sense." Noel frowned as he rubbed his face. He closed his eyes letting out a deep sigh before they came to rest on Soara. "I told you that the last thing I remember was dealing with your brother. Why dont you stop being so emotional and explain properly."

"It's fine I understand. I think that for something like that the village would have let you, if they were still alive." Kora replied. She ran her hands thorugh his hair as he laid on her lap. "I'm sure..." she laughed lightly. The fact that she smelled like him didn't bother her at all. "Good then everyone will know that I'm yours."

Soara glared at him as he yelled at her. "You deserve it! You almost killed me when I was fighting and you didn't even care!" she yelled at him feeling a tear escape her hold.
