You Can't Save Me ((Yugo,Mature))

As he shouted at her she walked away, ignoring him. She went to the door and took the bandages, thanking the man for bringing them. When Shen took them she glared at him. "Listen, I'd rather do this with someone I know rather than with some stranger sticking his dick in me" She said and crossed her arms. "Yeah you do that.... she already said one way or another I'll be getting fucked by someone tonight, if you say one more word to her, she's going to send someone else in here" She said and sat on the bed with her back turned to him.

Her punch caught shen off guard. It hadd had enough power to knock him back a bit. "You think I did this on purpose! You think I grabbed you because I planned for all this!" Shen shot back. When she pushed him down on the bed, he turned, his eyes narrowed sharply. "You're the dumbass! You just had to mention that drug didn't you?" he growled. Balalaika wasn't in the next room, but one of her men was. In a few minutes the door to their room opened and he brought Kate some bandages and then left. The door could only be opened from the outside. "I can do it myself." Shen spat and took the bandages out of her hand. "All I've done is try to help you, try to keep you safe. I get it that you're mad for me leaving you, but I dont need your bitching right now." he told her and raised his shirt. "I'll talk to Balalaika again. If I can raise her interest I can get her to reconsider."

Kathrine bowed her head and shoved the paper into her pocket. She followed the men to where her and Shen would be residing for the night. She walked up to him and square punched him in the face. "Shut up!, Everytime you try to help, you make shit worse! I wouldnt be here if you hadn't pulled me into the fucking car!" She yelled at him and pushed him to the bed. "Sit down and shut up" She growled she she lifted his shirt and examined his wound. She sighed and walked over to the glass and tapped on it. "Ma'am, will you allow me to stitch up this dumb ass's wound and bandage it properly... other wise he's going to be no use half way through" She requested, not knowing if she would get an answer

"I dont need that." Balalaika smiled. "You forget where you are. This is Hotel Moscow. If I want drugs all my men have to do is step outside." she smiled and pulled her blade from Shen's neck. She licked off the blood and sat back in her seat. Her eyes shifted towards one of her men. "Get these two comfortable. We'll start at 7 sharp and I'll be supervising." she stated. the soldier nodded. Shen rubbed his neck. He looked back at Dutch, but the man couldn't help. After that Lagoon Company left and Shen and Kate were taken down to a bed room. There was a glass mirror on the left side of the room, a see-through mirror so Balalaika would be able to observe. "Damnit!!" Shen spat punching the wall with his fist. His body flinched though as pain shot from his wounded side. He pressed his hand to the wound and looked back at Kate. "I'm going to get you out of here. We cant trust her. We have no idea how far she'll take this!"

"Shen Stop" Kathrine growled as he walked up to the women's desk. She put her head to her hand and let out a sigh. She looked at them as they went back and forth and swore she'd get back at Revy as she chimed in once again. When Balalaika looked to her and asked her oppinion she closed her eyes and bowed her head. "You gave the order, And I shall follow it" She said and looked up, glaring at Shen. Kathrine wrote down the information of where the drug could be found the quickest which was at the twisted cops house back in her home down.

"Unacceptable." Shen growled. Balalaika raised a brow. "Whats your problem china?" she asked. Shen walked right up to her desk and slammed his hands down, action that got every gun in the room pointed at him. "I told you that I'd take care of it. You dont need to involve her." he hissed. Balalaika's eyes shot over to Kate before slowly moving back over to Shen's. "They use to fuck." Revy chimed in, again. "Oooooooh." Balalaika smiled, understanding now. She put her cigar out and gave Shen a pat on the shoulder. "Well in that case, she'll definitely do as she's told." Thew devil woman grinned. "I'm a compassionate soul though. Out of respect for you I'll give her a choice. She can either test the drug with one of my strapping men or...she can test it with you. Either way she'll be fucking someone tonight." Balalaika smiled. "N-No I said-" shen yelled, but the moment he raised his voice Balalaika swept in. In a matter of seconds..no..milliseconds she had a dagger pressed against Shen's neck. "Now now..dont be a baby. I'm paying you after all." she cooed and looked over at Kate once more. "You're ok with this deal right?" she asked and pressed the dagger harder against Shen's neck till it began to bleed. Shen didn't move. He had no doubt he could do something about the dagger, but Balalaika's men would cut him down if he did. Worse, they would probably kill Kate too just to make a point.

"I've used a small dose before" she said...not really lying. She blinked as She tried taking her and Shen to test out the drug and sighed as Shen tried to get her out of it. When Revy put her 2 cents in Kathrine's hand twitched but she kept her outter compsure. "Bitch, wait until I have an opening and I'll sneak the strongest does I can get into you and see how touch you are" she growled mentally to herself. She had no choice no unless she wanted to have it done to her unwillingly. She stood there waiting to find out if she would have to or not, it was completely up to the devil women, as they called her and now she knew why

"Are you speaking from personal experience?" Balalaika asked, her interest peeking and reaching its highest. "Shen." she called, getting his attention next. "Do you know this drug?" she asked while stroking her chin. "Yes." shen answered. A cruel grin formed on Balalaika's lips. "Well I would like to see this drug in effect. Tonight, you and Kate will stay here with me. I'll have you two administer the drug and we'll see what happens. I'll let you test it on two subjects." she stated. Dutch walked up, unable to take any more. "Balalaika, shen and Kate belong to me. You cant just take my subordinates." he frowned. "Certainly not!" Balalaika grinned. "I'll pay them both 1600 and of course will send a payment to your company." she stated. Shen looked over at Kate. Balalaika was dangerous. He had to do something. "Balalaika-san, I have much more experience with this drug. I'm researched. Kate may know a little but she's still new. I'll stay and conduct your tests. She'll just get in the way." Shen stated strongly, coming off cold. "You should take her." Revy suddenly chimed. Both Benny and Shen looked back, their faces screaming wtf. "Barbie wants to feel useful. Maybe she can even give you a demonstration of how the drug works. Its if safe, let her test it on herself." Revy smirked. Shen closed his eyes. Balalaika's eyes brightened. She clapped her hands and rose to her feet. "Now that sounds interesting."

Kathrine turned but paused and turned back as she was talked to once more. Her hues narrowed, for a mere second before she closed her eyes and smiled. "None of the above" She said and opened her hues, her face becoming emotionless once more. "There was a drug in my home town that.... triggered your body's sences much stronger then over the counter sex enhancements.... "If you were to use a very strong dose on someone and just left them in a room with their hands bound, unable to please themselves... ad every once in awhile have someone go in and simply touch them, they will sing like a bird to try and win affection to gain their release" She said. "The drug itself has no side effects weather the person gets off or not, its just.... very unbarable to go through it, without getting off" she said, knowing Shen would know the drug she spoke of. She had done her own side research on the pill...and found... it could be very usful for more then just sex.

Balalaika became dead silent. Her face turned grim and the men who were standing by her side fixed their gazes onto Kate. Suddenly, the boss leaned back in her chair letting out a hard laugh. "Well well, Dutch was always good at picking out talent." she laughed and waved Kate off with her hand. "Wait." she suddenly called just before she could get away. "I'm curious...just how much...persuasion..should I use?" she asked and took a long drag from her cigar. "You see you cant apply the same methods to each and every person. Some respond well to verbal abuse, other physical abuse." she stated and then paused, her icy eyes zoomed in on Kate's violet hues. "Some respond even better to brutal rape." she stated wit ha cruel grin. Before today, she had known nothing about Kate. Balalaika was a 'people' person though. She could stare into someone's eyes and easily read their most guarded secrets exposing their pain. "What do you think?"

Kathrine blinked and looked off to the side with a thoughtful expression. "...first....I'd cut off any business and deals for about a week... maybe two at most, have scouts go around checking to see who is hurting and who is still working regularly. That way you can determin who is and isnt working for the opposing orginization.... b increseing numbers with the people who have nothing to do with either side, you may be able to track down which orginization made the attack through interrigation, someone in their ranks would most likly snap with enough... pursuasion..." she said while keeping her eyes down. "Thats.... my oppinion anyway" She said

"Oooh you just joined and you claim to know about business hmm?" she grinned and leaned forward giving the boys and Kate a nice view of her scared cleavage. She wasn't ashamed of her body. There were times when she didn't even consider herself a woman. The mafia came before everything. "Alright, enlighten me. Lets see you were in my shoes. What would you do?" Balalaika asked with a devilish grin. Shen coughed hard. The boss was setting Kate up and depending on how she answered things could either go really bad or really good. "Oh, and you wont get away with saying 'its not up to me'." she smirked. "Saying something like that will only lose you points..Katherine Burrows."

Kathrine blinked as her name was called and slow sloly looked up, not looking the women in the eye, but focused on the bridge of her nose. She walkd forward and bowed her head and kept her eyes down once again. She had to bight her tongue to yell at her that burning down an entire city was insane and unfair to those who were innocent. "It's....completely up to you ma'am...I only have to wonder... what if the attack came from the outside....from one who isnt from here.... burning the city would decrease business and buyers for a while...but again, its not my disicion" she said her voice calm and collected. "I'm nineteen Ma'am" She said honestly

Balalaika and Dutch began to discuss the attack from last night, though every now and then her demonic gaze would fall over to Kate. The woman had a certain hardness to her. From her looks, she had definitely been a former beauty. Years of war however had tainted her. Over the right side of her face she had a long ridged scar. More scars followed down along her collar bone and down one of her breasts which could be seen from the revealing top she was wearing. The woman was scary. It had taken shen a while to get use to just being in the same room with her. "This is so annoying." Balalaika complained. She leaned back in her seat swirling her finger around one of her curly bangs. Right now, no one knew who was responsible for the attacks and Balalaika's men were desperately searching for information. "Katherine." the she devil called. She signaled her with her finger to come up to the desk. "What do you think? My men have been attacked. Someone is trying to disrupt the balance of power. Sooo, should I just burn this city down? I have the manpower." she smirked. Her gaze traced over every inch of her body. "You're pretty young. How old are you?"

Kathrine kept her surprise hidden. She followed the groups lead, walking beside Benny and blinked at the scene taking place as the mad women yelled and shot the man on the ground. When Revy called her sis, it had all made sence. When Balalaika spoke of her being the new blood Kathrine did and Dutch had told her and just kept her eyes down and her mouth shut. She didnt move out from behind Shen, she had also been told not to draw attention to herself. She did as she had been warned, listening intently but didnt intrude or make herself known

"Woops." Benny laughed, as if he hadn't did it on purpose. When they got the compound, the first thing Kate would notice was the number of soldiers patroling the grounds. IT was like they had just stepped onto a military base. The moment they stepped out of the van all eyes glued onto their moments. Shen, Revy, Benny, and Dutch didn't seem worried though. they were escorted into the compound and had to go through several checks before they were brought into the presidential room, their boss's head quarters. When they walked in their boss had a pistol pressed against some poor man's chest. He had been beaten and pretty thoroughly. Blood was even pouring out from his ears. He had lost 6 out of his ten fingers and his face was swollen beyond recognition. "So you no longer have any information?" The russain woman asked, her icy dull blue eyes slanting. A wide, psychotic grin formed on her lips as she pulled the trigger on her pistol. She stood up straight shooting the man in the chest until her clip was emptied. "Boss." he assistant called and offered her a towel for her hands. Dutch, Shen, and Benny remained dead quiet. "Ah my guest are here." the blonde smiled. She stood over the dead bleeding body as if he had never been a person. "Yo Sis." Revy grinned. The blonde smiled. Suddenly, her icy demon eyes came to focus on Kate. "Oooh new blood?" she asked, her brow arching. "Shit." Shen muttered and stepped forward. "Balalaika-san, this is...Katherine Burrows. We're training her." Shen explained. Dutch nodded. It was the right move. Thing would go better if Balalaika thought that Kate was working with them. Suddenly, the russian queen's interest dropped. She lit a cigar and walked behind her desk to take her seat. "Welcome to Hotel Moscow." she smiled and ordered two of her men which had been standing by the door to take the body away

"Yeah, not too close" She said and pushed him away a bit. His lips grazing her ears was a bit out of line for her. She leaned back against her seat and looked out the window for the remainder of the ride. Her hues widened seeing all the dead bodies and how people were just walking past them. Her hues narrowed, her fists clenched but she kept her mouth shut and closed her eyes, leaning her shin against the back of her hand, another old habit she hadnt let go of

"You know you're pretty amazing. Most girls your age would have been crying and screaming to go home." Benny smirked. His blue eyes shifted over to Shen, catching him glancing back at them. "You know.." Benny paused and leaned in. His lips came up against her ear just barely nipping it. "Just stick close. I know you're a touch cookie, but this town aint exactly for the innocent." he explained. Fire raged within Shen's eyes. He couldn't hear what Benny was saying, but Kate didn't seem to mind...or rather...maybe she didn't care. He turned back around sinking his teeth into his bottom lip. Revy glanced over at him. "Fool." she mumbled and returned her gaze to the window. On the way to the base Kate would notice a mass of dead bodies lining the side walk along with burned out cars. Last night the streets had turned into a battle ground, yet people were still walking around like nothing had happened, like this was the usual.

Ask Kathrine headed for the van she stopped as the guards yelled at her. She looked at them with a blank un afraid look and simply held her hands up to show she had no intention to try anything. When Shen and Dutch vouched for her she climbed into the van and into the back. Perhap she was so used to Joshua's touchyness that she hadnt taken much notice of Benny's. "She shrugged, "Not scary...just...been through alot" she said and nodded as he told her to not draw attention to herself

"No...thats not what I-" Shen stated, but she had already walked off. He closed his eyes and pressed his palm to his face. Why was it that everything he said either came out wrong or pissed her off? "Oh well.." he muttered and slowly headed for the living room. Within 15 minutes the crew was ready to go. Just as expected, an all black van pulled up to the curb. There was a driver and a gunman watching the door. Both were blond with blue eyes, soldiers who had seen far too much death and had grown accustomed to it. "Halt!" the gunman shouted and aimed his ak-47 right at Kate. "Who's she?" he demanded. Shen stepped in front of Kate. "She's with me. Dont worry about it." he explained. "Its fine." Dutch confirmed. The gunner looked back to the driver who shrugged his shoulders. Once inside, Benny took his place in the back right beside Kate. Shen, Revy, and Dutch were sitting a row in front. "Scary people huh?" Benny smiled and smoothly slid an arm around her shoulder. "Just keep your head down and dont attract too much attention to yourself." he smiled, winking at her. Shen glanced back. "What the hell does he think he's doing? Doesn't he have a girlfriend in the states anyway??"

"No you cant, you let this happen to you because you were too focused on me" She said and pulled his shirt down. "I'm not a little kid, I can take care of myself..." She said, looking off to the side as she said it before turning her back to him and collected what dishes had been left on the table and washed them. She walked into the livingroom and leaned against the wall pulling out her phone and replying to a few texts she had missed while waiting for the car

Shen's eyes never left Benny's and Benny stared right back with the kindest of smiles. Dutch and Revy eyed them both. "I dont have time for this.." Dutch muttered and got up from the table. Revy did the same. Shen was leaning against the wall when Kate came over to inspect her work. He gazed down at her, his eyes softening a bit. "Yes I'm sure we can get some from Hotel Moscow's base. I think you did a fine job. I can handle it from here." he smiled at her, even though her eyes were so distant. "Um.." Shen started. They were alone now. Benny had left to get ready for the car. "Listen..." Shen stated, but then paused. "Er..never mind. Just...yeah..."

Kathrine started washing them. "It's no big deal, I need to do something to help out a bit right?" She said and took Shen's plate as he handed it to her. "I want to check your stitches, if not here then in the car" She said and blinked looking to Benny as he walked up to her. "Ok, sure" She said. She never really picked up on when guys were hitting on her. It was something he had...kind of blocked out to keep thinks less annoying at school. She dried her hands and walked up to Shen, rolling his shirt up and lifted the bit of gauze that had been held in place by her ripped tank top. "I wish I hadnt dropped my med kit..." She muttered as she inspected her patch job. "Do you think we will be able to pick up fresh bandages any time soon? I dont want this to get infected" She said and looked up at Shen, her violet hues still distant

"Wow seriously?" Benny blinked and cocked his head back releasing a loud laugh. "Revy never does the dishes! This is great!!" he exclaimed. Revy let out a sharp snarl. Benny was pushing it and he knew it. "Alright people." Dutch sighed and sat up. "As soon as the car gets here we're moving out. Revy, make sure you grab extra ammo. We have no idea how this meeting is going to go and I wanna be ready. Shen, do you think you can walk?" he asked. Shen nodded. He got up slowly and placed his dish in the sink. "I'll manage." he stated and gazed down at Kate, but only for a moment. From where Benny was watching, it was clear that Shen still loved her. He wondered if he made a move on Kate...maybe shen would step things up a bit and they could put the fight they were having behind them. "Hey Kate." Benny called and got up. "When the car comes why dont you sit by me. We'll let the monsters handle the fighting." he smiled and walked up to her gently brushing his arm against her shoulder. Shen saw it, and his face turned grim.

Kathrine kept to herself for now, ignoring Benny, Dutch, and Shen's stares. She sat down and and blinked as smoke was blown into her face by Revy. "Not at all AB, a lot of the students I go to school with smoke," She said while running a hand through her damp hair. making her tank top lift up further for a moment. She began to eat quietly, but quickly. When she finished she stood back up and walked over to the sink. "Thanks for breakfast Benny, I'll take care of the dishes" She said with a light smile
