"Not......ever....just...not now...I doubt I'll respond to it much either way....I cant....feel much of anything of what I', told right now..." she said. She blinked as he took her other hand and looked up at him and tilted her head. "Isn't that kinda cheating considering I wont be able to tell the difference?" she asked with a light smirk. Her body tensed slightly as he suddenly pressed her against the wall. Her body shivered against his, feeling his toned body against hers. She looked up at him with bright hues as he caressed her cheek. "You....sound so sure." She said

"Katherine.." Shen whispered. So, she didn't want to remember? He couldn't really blame her. The past year had been hell for her. "So...just to be clear..are you telling me you dont want to know all of the details?" Shen asked softly. He had honestly been planning on her telling, but was waiting for the right time. "I thought a good time to talk would be once we got back to the states. But..if you truly have no desire to know..then I think we should both forget it all. I think..we could be happier that way." he smiled. His smiled widened after hearing her request to stay by his side. It was all he really wanted. Nodding, shen took hold of her other hand. "I think..if we're going to have a fresh start both us need to become different people. So, if you dont return to the girl I knew..well thats fine. I'll try to change too so I dont make past mistakes. Tho, I must disagree with you about one thing." Shen grinned as he lightly pressed her up against the closet wall. "You will fall in love with me again. I'll make sure of it." he whispered with a tone lightly laced with seduction. He brought his hand up to gently caresses her cheek, as he often did back when they were still together.

"Um....well I cant say...I'm not scared of you...though....Its not just you...everything scares me right now...." She said while looking down. "I dont know what's happened to me...I'm....not really sure I care to know....The way I see it...I must have wanted to forget something....so...what right to I have to want to know about it" She said and looked up at him. "I dont know...if I'll ever be the girl you knew....I can't garentee I'll fall in love with you....I cant promise anything....But...I'd like to stay by your side.....and learn....learn about you...about things I can't remember that I want to learn" She said

Shen quietly followed her into the closet. He was about to bite the bullet and just apologize but she had beat him to the punch. He stared at her, dumbfounded at first. An apology was the last thing he expected. Shen's brown eyes began to soften. He gazed down as her hand took his and he let out a slow breath. "I dont want you to fear me either. I'm sorry. I..may have gone over board. Its just...you've been through so much. I cant stand the thought of someone hurting you. It literally drives me onto the war path." Shen explained softly. He looked up into her eyes as he interlaced their fingers. "You can trust me." he stated firmly, yet softly as well. "I'll try to use better judgement in these situations. Oh...and I'm sorry about what I said." he whispered as his thumb gently ran over her hand. "I would never allow you to fend for yourself while on this boat. Never." shen stated with small, somewhat prince like smile on his lips. "So...we're good now right? You're not mad or scared of me are you?"

"Okay..." she said and waited. She leaned against the wall and looked down at the ground before standing up straight when Shen and Tini came around the. "Thanks Tini" She said and looked to Shen. "Can...we talk in private..." She said softly, looking up at him. She reached out and grabbed his hand and lightly tugged. "Please?" She asked looking back at him. When he finally followed she walked into an small storaage closet and shut the door. "I....I'm sorry.... I know.....your just trying to protect me....I know...its really important to you for reasons...I dont remember....But...I dont want to see you...so willing to hurt someone...it scares me....it makes me....afraid of you...and I'm afraid of everything as it is....I dont want to be afraid of the person....who knows me." She said and looked off to the side. "The kid...did something stupid...If he shows up again sure you can scare the shit out of him but...."She trailed up and took his hand into hers again and looked up at him. "Dont.....make me afraid of your.....I want...to be able to trust you" She said looking at him with lost eyes

"Oh...uh..." Tini blinked. Kate was just filled with surprises. "Actually you wait here and I'll bring him to you." she smiled. "Just wait one sec ok?" she stated and rushed back down the hall and into her room where Shen was still sitting on the bed. "Get up!" She ordered while yanking Shen's arm. Shen was stubborn tho and pulled back. "Move your ass shen!!" Tini screamed. It took about ten minutes, but after some struggling Tini was finally able to get Shen out of her room. "Where are we going?" Shen asked lazily. "Just shut up and walk." Tini frowned as she pushed Shen from behind. She didn't stop till they came back to where she had left Kate. "~Here's your sensei!!~" Tini chimed and gave Shen a hard push forward. Shen stumbled forward. His feet locked into ground just in time to avoid sending both him and Kate to the ground.

Kathrine blinked when Tini called her over. "Oh hey...um not now, have you seen Shen...I have to apologize to him" She said as she looked past Tini hoping to see Shen. "Shit happened and I made him angry..." She said skipping the details. "Please Tini, I seriously just wanna talk to Shen right now" She said insisting to see Shen before listening to a word Tini had to say. She didnt want to reply on others to fix things, she wanted to go one on one with Shen, even if it ment fighting, screaming, and crying

Tini had walked out and was on her way to Kate's room. She blamed Lin for the state of Kate's mind. Tho, if she hadn't lost her memory there was probably a good chance that Shen and Kate wouldn't have been talking at all. The chinese girl closed her eyes. She could see herself getting pulled deep into Shen's relationship. When she opened her eyes, she let out a small gasp. Speak of the devil, there Kate was walking in her direction. "Hey can we talk for a bit?" Tini asked with a smile. Meanwhile, Kyle slowly got up. He opened the door, but made sure to peek down the hall before he opened it fully. Maybe if he was lucky Chang wouldn't find out about the stunt he had pulled.

Kathrine looked at Kyle on the bed. "You know you cant exactly stay here... If Shen comes back and see's you he probably wont listen to me" She mentioned as she crossed her arms. "Because of you my sensei is pissed at me" She said as she leaned against the wall. She in all honesty didnt care much for the boy, but he didnt want to see him killed, not in front of her. Not for something so stupid. "And now, I'm the one who's going to have to apologize to him when I didnt even do anything wrong" She said and headed for the door. "Don't be here when I get back... your business is your own. Your the one who got involved with the mob" She said and walked out. She walked around the boat for a while looking for Shen.

Kyle blinked twice. He stared at Kate quickly nodding as she stood up. He held the ice pack close against his face. He couldn't leave even if he wanted to. If shen told Lin what he had did the slap Kate had given him would seem like a mother's caress compared to the damage chang would inflict. The chinese 2nd in commanded had no tolerance for being embarrassed. Meanwhile, Shen stormed up to Tini's room. He wanted another room. There was no way he'd be able to make things work with Kate if she was willing to take the side of some perv over him. "Alright alright hold on!" Tini yelled. She walked up to the door opening it as Shen continued to pound on it. "What the hell?" she glared at him, tho it didn't take her long to realize why he was upset. She let Shen explain and ushered him into her room. "Kate isn't the same girl she was. Tho I doubt even her old self would want you to kill someone." Tini stated thoughtfully. "She doesn't understand. I had to watch. Twice now I haven't been able to save her from being raped, twice! So..when I saw that boy..I just lost it." Shen muttered as he pressed his face into his hands. Tini leaned back against the wall. "I'll do some damage control..." she sighed, tho took a sterner tone after offering. "Shen until you're able to talk with Kate you might need to control yourself. I understand where you're coming from, but Kate wont."

Kathrine listened to Kyle explain himself, somehow she could tell he was being truthful but was still wary about him. Just how she had been with Shen when he spoke....she couldnt explain how, but she could tell what was true and false, even though she couldnt remember. "First off, snap into reality," she said snapping her fingers in front of his face as he dazed off. "Stop thinking with your dick, because it winds up making you a dick and you seem like you can be a sweet guy" She said as she moved her hand through his hair. "Now..I'm going to get dressed. You can wait here or leave, but if you try to peek again, then I will hurt you" She said and went to the bathroom and shut the door. She got dressed and ran her hand through her hair as she walked out

Kyle nodded and rose to his feet. He never really wanted to join the mob in the first place. He had done it for the money..and the women. "That guy is dangerous.." he muttered while he moved over to the bed. When she brought him the ice, he stared up at her warily. He had already been fooled once. "F-Fine." he muttered, tho winced when she placed the ice pack to his cheek. "When we were transporting you..you'd just been given a shot of morpheme for the pain you were in. I think this was after Shen had destroyed the boss'es base. You were kinda loopy and Chang ordered me to secure you. I think you were coming onto him..I dont know...you were blowing on his neck, shaking your ass...your...lovely round ass..." Kyle whispered and went into another one of his dazes. "Uh so...anyway. I pulled you into my lap, but you wouldn't sit still and...well...one thing led to another..you know how it is. Chang had me beat down tho. Today, I saw you and originally just wanted to talk to you. I dont know..I guess I started thinking with my dick when I noticed that you were in the bathroom. S-Sorry for that. I'm not really with the CIA...tho I could have been in a different world." Kyle grinned, tho winced again as pain continued to spread throughout his cheek.

Kathrine glared at Shen as he stormed out. Some 'new start' this was turning out to be. How the hell did she fall for someone so....heartless. She looked at Kyle with a slight glare before letting out a soft sigh. "Sorry...but you kind of deserved it for lying...twice" She said as she knelt down in front of him. She slowly turned his head so see the smack. "Come on, I'll get you some ice" She said and pulled him up to his feet. She still had the blanket wrapped over her towel. She walked to the mini frdge and grabbed the an ice pack inside and wrapped a paper towel around it before walking back up to him. "This may sting, but it will keep the swelling down" She said and softly pressed it to his cheek. "No more lies, okay" She said while looking at him with soft hues

"This 'kid' looks to be about your age." Shen growled before he was shoved to the side. Kyle slid along the wall cough again. Really, he had almost died twice. His eyes began to sparkle as he looked up at Kate, his savior, his angel. Then it came. Kyle felt the painful sting of her hand. The slap had so much force that his had jerked to the right. He stared wide eyed at Kate, the luster in his gaze vanishing. His angel was a demon! Shen stood in complete shock. He couldn't believe Kate was turning on him! The old her wouldn't have been so generous. "You know what...fine. Whatever, I dont care." Shen growled and turned towards the door. "Protect yourself while you're on this ship." he spat bitterly and stormed out. Kyle hadn't moved yet. His body was still glued to the wall.

"He's a kid" she reminded him when he was reluctant to release him. When he did she looked down at him and blinked. "Seriously?" She said just as surprised as Shen by his reason. When he added how he had gotten to grope her once seemed to upset Shen more then her. "I said knock it off!" Kathrine growled as she pushed Shen off of Kyle and glared at him. She was getting as gutsy as she was before. "Enough, if this is how you were before I want nothing to do with you" She said now glaring at Shen. She turned to Kyle and slapped him hard across the face, so hard his face would be red for a while. "You, your a dumb ass for being involved with the mob, get the fuck out of my room" She yelled. She looked back at Shen. "A kid... seriously.....You would kill a kid" She growled. "Some doctor..." She muttered and started walking back to the bathroom to grab her clothes

"He's a triad. He's an exception." Shen sneered. He didn't let up on Kyle's neck until he felt Kate touch his shoulder. Sighing, he raised his foot allowing Kyle to turn over. The boy's face was blood red as he coughed hard all over the carpet. Shen ran a hand through his hair. He felt like doing much more to the kid then simply punching him. Kyle rubbed his neck. He stared up at Kate with watery eyes. When he saw the in-tenseness of her glare he knew he wasn't going to get any sympathy from her. "I just wanted a peek..." he mumbled as his gaze found the ground. "Thats it? You were peeking on her?" Shen blinked. "You risked getting killed over something so stupid?" Shen asked, now feeling even angrier then before. "You wouldn't understand." Kyle muttered and closed his eyes. "I only got to grope her once too.." he muttered, tho shen heard him loud and clear. Shen's right hand wrapped around Kyle's throat like a vice grip. With one arm, he picked the boy off the ground and slammed him into the wall. "When was this?" Shen asked, his brown eyes turning dark. Kyle started kicking his feet. He could already feel his air supply being cut off.

Kathrine watched for a moment before seeing Shen wasnt going to let up. "Uh, hey doc" She said using the same tone and phrase when she had first met him back in school. "Are you suppose to save lives...plus you said the only man you want to kill is Lin" She reminded him with crossed arms. "He's a kid, let him up" She said as she stood up and walked over putting a hand on Shen's shoulder. "But, feel free to punch him really hard, he jumped me in the tub" She said and glared at the boy, just as uninterested in his story as Shen was

Kyle's heart shattered into tiny pieces when she opened the door. Shen turned back around, blinking at first. When he saw Kyle tho, his gazed turned deadly. The boy didn't even get a chance to run for it. Shen drug him out, slammed his body into the floor, and placed his foot against the boy's neck. "Cia my ass." Shen growled. "W-Wait! Ok ok ok!" screamed out as his wind pike was crushed under the weight of Shen's foot. "I'll talk I swear! Just get him off!" Kyle pleaded. Shen seemed uninterested in his pleas...or his suffering. "You're a triad." Shen hissed, his tone laced with venom. "Ok yea! I can explain..j-j-j..." Kyle breathed. He began gasping for air. His hands dug into Shen's foot but the pressure only got worse.

Kathrine looked at him and wound up rolling her eyes. "Right...." She said and turned around and opened the door wide. "There's a CIA agent here to arrest you" she said to Shen as she walked out of the bathroom and to the bed and pulled the blanket off it and wrapped it around her before sitting down. "Some kid who first claimed to be my boyfriend, and now he's a cia agent thats been on your kidnapping and rape case" she said passivly while crossing her arms. She was clearly uninterested at the boys obvious lies. How she knew they were lies she didnt know but she was bored of them.

"Fine.." Shen muttered as she slammed the door on him, again. He let out a deep sigh as he returned to finish hanging up the curtains. Kyle leaned over to catch his breath. He had nearly had a heart attack. As he looked up at Kate tho he couldn't help but notice how her towel clung to her soaked body. It wasn't that thick so he could even the the indentations her nipples made. The boy almost began to drool, but quickly shook his head and stood up. He was about five..maybe six inches taller then Kate, but still much shorter then Shen. "The truth is..." Kyle whispered softly. Suddenly, his eyes narrowed sharply. "I'm CIA." he stated, staring her right in the eye. "I've been sent to arrest Shen and Lin. The two of them are Triads. I'm close, but I need help." he whispered softly and even shifted his eyes about the bathroom. "I read your file." Kyle stated, his eyes moving back to hers. "You're an american. You have a duty to serve your country! Will you help me?" he asked and placed both his hands on her shoulders. The poor boy had seen waaaay too many american movies and it kinda showed.

Kathrine looked at him as he got to his knees and pleaded. She crossed her arms and looked down at him. He had to give it to her. She wasnt some dumb dame. "Nothing, I'm just talking to myself" She said and shut the door. "Stay out!" She said sternly and looked down at Kyle and gestured to him to start explaining. "Now, explain" she said, hushing her tone to an irritated whisper

"No no no!" Kyle panicked. He was starting to sweat and it wasn't because the bathroom was steamy. "Kate?" Shen blinked. He turned his head towards the bathroom and pulled a nail he had been holding between his lips out. "You ok? Who are you talking to in there?" Shen asked. Kyle could hear his footsteps getting closer. At that point, the boy's eyes began to bulge. He got his knees in front of Kate and clasped his hands together. "Ok ok you're right. Listen, I can explain just dont rat me out!" he exclaimed, tho in a hushed tone. "Kate?" Shen called again and placed his hand on the door knob. The door was still slightly open.

"Shut up!" She growled and peeked out the door. When he continued to try to convince he she turned and glared at him again. "First off how would you even know I dont know who I am if I was kidnapped. I should have some recolection of you before I was kidnapped if I lost my memory when I was with you. Second, you are tryng waay to hard to convince me and its pissing me off!" She growled, probably a bit too loud

"Alright." Shen answered. He picked up the curtains along with a few nails and a hammer. Kyle peeked out from behind Kate. He had his hands pressed together begging her not to scream. He looked at her with confused eyes. Really, he was doing everything he could to sell his story. "I dont get it..I know you lost your memory.." he whispered, tho it wouldn't make sense how he'd know. "Dont you wanna get away? I'm telling that Shen is a no good blood thirsty killer. Whatever he told you is a lie." Kyle stated and then pointed one of the many bruises on her body. "I was too late." he whispered and slowly shook his head. He even turned away a little as if he couldn't bare to look at Kate. "He must have done that to you. He's famous for raping his victims. I've even heard he allows his men to join in.." Kyle whispered and opened on eye to see if Kate was still glaring at him or not.

Kathrine wrapped a towel around her and glared at him. "I dont give a fuck!" She growled at him, clearly not pleased at all to listen to what he was saying. She was stubborn even though she didnt know what was going on. Plus all of this seemed far too rushed. Kathrine glared at him and pushed him away from the door. "Dont move, or I will scream" She hissed. "Fine" she called out to Shen. "Can you go ahead and hang them, I'm pretty much done with my bath" she said, glaring at Kyle for ruining her relaxing bath
