inFAMOUS inspired idea--super heroes, villains, romance and disaster!

I've recently started playing inFAMOUS and I love it. What I'm looking for is a matte partner who can play a female. The idea is that, essentially, New York City is threatened by an explosion that causes radiation and sickness. Most of the population got sick while the ones who didn't claimed super powers due to the explosion, creating heroes and villains. My characters going to harness the power of electricity and your female can have any power, too... Just nothing far fetched like flying or super strength. Anyways, the city is quarantined so it's up to our characters to try and stop the villains/gangs that have taken over New York! Post and we can discuss more.
